Of all the Adorn boutiques in Portland, this may be my favorite location. This store has a lot of…read moreitems but it's not packed so tightly which enables one to walk around with ease and easily see the merchandise. There is lots of really stylish clothing across a spectrum of prices, so something for everyone's budget. They have a large assortment of jeans, a few pairs of shoes and handbags, scarves, sweaters, dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jumpsuits- they have it all. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun! There is always a pair of earrings, a necklace, or bracelet that I have to have. On my recent visit, it was a turquoise hair clip that could not be passed up. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were a bit suspicious as I was taking lots of pics, but in the end realized I was just there to enjoy my shopping experience.

Daron helped me select my clothing and gave me ideas about putting together colors. The store carries Habitat, one of my favorite brands, but she found for me other brands I like just as well. I am so glad that I did. I've never seen so many headbands and hair accessories in one place before. Walls, tables, trees, arrangements, all COVERED in designs. Every single one was disigned by an amazing young man named Xavier. I came to learn that Xavier is a 19 year old Autistic. When I met him at the store, he was the cutest thing. Shy, quiet, giggles, doesn't talk much but sure works hard. Endless hours spent creating new designs in his work area of the store. Not many people are even aware of this store. The building is so non-descript that you tend to drive by without even noticing it. It used to be the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce. Brides should check it out too. Xavier is now designing custom hair accessories, veils and fascinators for brides and matching accessories for the entire wedding party. Oregon City is a wonderful town and I hope everyone helps this business succeed.
