I stopped in to exchange some lounge pants purchased online and the staff was super helpful. Of course I had to walk around the store to check out new items. Spring colors, patterns and even new styles of their athletic pants caught my attention. I live in the Powersoft leggings with side pockets; they are so comfortable and last forever. They go on sale all of the time and I always buy them at 50% off for $19.99. Can't find anything comparable in this price range and the Powersoft will give those leggings that are 4x the price, a run for the money. Couldn't help but notice the mannequins in various heights and body shapes. Just like people in real life wearing different styles of clothing and looking good! Well done, Old Navy! Another thing I particularly liked were the price checkers, several located throughout the store. With their many sales and sales on top of markdowns, it makes It easy to check the bottom line price of an item. Often a deal too good to pass up. The Clearance area should be renamed Patience Required as it is a mess! Clothes everywhere and not on the right rack. If you are shopping there, look on the Small, Medium, Large, XLarge racks regardless of your size as they are pretty much random. I get that it's the customers who create the mess, just wish the staff had time to keep it organized. Lots of parking out front and located in Cascade Plaza so you can hit up other stores and get your errands done in one place. I am happy for this new location!

Clothes are displayed beautifully, with color palettes together so it's easy to create outfits. The clothes are both on trend and classic. For example, they had long plaid shirts - mid thigh length - in a blue & gray combo and tan & cream. I've seen people wearing these jackets but no other shops had them. Unfortunately they didn't work for my shape, but if they did, I would be wearing one now! An offer to assist from a stylist came within minutes. When I explained why the jacket didn't work for me, rather than argue as some reps do, she immediately suggested a belt to give my waist the definition that was missing from the straight cut jacket. She clearly knew what styles would work best on my shape, as do I, and I was appreciative that she was seeing me as an individual and not just trying to push generic product to me. The clothes are well made and with very nice fabrics. Soft prints and lots of solids and neutrals. Many of styles of jeans available - high waist, mid rise, straight leg, wide leg . Clearly they realize that one style does not fit all. Well, done! Lots if accessories too. Scarves, hats, belts, fashion jewelry, some bags and shoes. There is a section in the back with several sale racks and the clothing there is also nice, but maybe from a previous season. So right now, lots of summer items. This will definitely be a regular stop when I am at Bridgeport Village.

The clothing area is on the right and it's also a large space, neatly organized and easy to Andre and find what you need. During COVID days, they provide hand sanitizer, clean the counter and credit card machine between every customer, require masks, wear masks and limit your visit to dressing room to one time per customer. This is important to know! You can bring in up to 7 items but you can only use dressing room once per visit. Makes sense as they sanitize the dressing room after each customer, which takes time, and they hold cloths that are tried on for a certain time period before putting back on the floor. Thank you! So it's best to know all of this up front so you are selective on the items you need to try on and only bring those in for your one time access to fitting room Since I came to this store specifically to exchange a bra that I purchased online at an incredible price of $12.97, I made sure to prioritize the potential exchange bras in my count of 7 items. I knew this store was my best option for doing an even exchange, which they will only do with like items, because of their massive Caique department. Turned out to be my luck day as the bras on the final sale rack were buy one get one free. I found two bras for $14.97 so after my exchange, they cost me $2. Amazing deal! The Women working here are friendly, helpful and never made me feel rushed. They always start a room for you and help with sizing, getting different sizes and offering suggestions.
