I brought Joel up to date and he talked me through on how to fix the problem myself. It turned out to be an easy fix. Joel sounded as happy as I was. I really appreciated Joel's instruction and willingness to guide me through resolving the issue over the phone and at no cost all. I know there would be some individuals who would have made it a point to show up, make the very easy fix, and charge for the fix. I highly recommend Castle Electric for your needs.

I was right to stick with the new owners, of course they would have sold it to good people. My A/C unit went out and I had to replace everything on a Friday of course. The new owners treated me good, were very respectful and so were their employees. They have my trust in return.

Yet, in just one day Cesilio and Juan, supervised by Brian of Bigfoot, completely updated it. I thought the project would last days based on the complexity of the panel. Thanks to the decades of experience BigFoot brings to the table, they accomplished this in ten hours. Their commitment to detail was impressive as they literally accounted for every wire, even those loose in the room. Their attention to detail at the job, and in their bid enhanced my confidence. We got two bids on the job, and their's hands down was the most affordable.

However this latest time I received services from them I ended up receiving a bill that was extremely high. The Electrician that showed up was only here for a total of 18 minutes and the round trip from their Business location to my home is a total of 10 minutes for a total time of 28 minutes that they spent on my issues. However when they sent me a bill for the service I was charged for a total of 1.5 hours instead of just 0.5 hours. When I called them about how much my bill was being over charged (Padded) they said that they were going to reduce it to 1.0 hours. That's still double billing me for what they did but I guess it's better than being triple billed. None the less I most certainly will not be using their services again after this as I just don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a disabled elderly person and veteran.
