I had forgotten what the color of my carpet was when it was installed. Now clean it's a few shades lighter and looks great. He did a great job getting rid of all the bubbles by stretching the carpet to where I can't see any areas missed or visible. I think the price for the many hours of labor was very reasonable. I will definitely call Chris next time I need his services.

Since I was on emergency electrical heat for two weeks, my electric bill was close to $1000. The next electric bill after they installed my new heat pump was $700, considering that one week was also on the emergency heating. My last electric bill was a little over $100. The lowest bill I have ever had after living in this home for 20 years. Their service is second to none and you can count on them for showing up on time and solving whatever problem you have. The old system was so noisy, that it was capable of keeping you up at night hence, maybe a bad mood in the morning. I heartily recommend them, they are the best from top to bottom and their employees are well-trained and know these systems inside and out.

Started getting hot on Saturday and system did not come on. By Sunday it was really hot and I called them. They told me a tech would contact me. This never happened. So I'm miserable in the heat on Mothers day. And my 2 dogs are miserable. I called again Monday morning and they said someone would be out. Noone came. At 1pm it was 85 in my house and unbearable. So I called again. They once again said they would have someone come out and it was probably just a switch. Well of thats true! Tell me where the switch is!!! 3pm called again and was told we had to wait our turn and after pressing Rick with out frustration he hung up on us. I'm so disgusted. I was trying to do the responsible thing and have my ac serviced before I had a problem. But turns out the problem is hiring all seasons. Would never ever use them again.

After a week of not hearing back I had to call to receive the estimate, which was on their computer, just not sent. At the same time I asked to remove a part of the work originally requested. Was told that would occur, but it didn't. 3 stars. Workers: Very efficient and accurate. Kept me informed of changes they needed to make. Their work order was not the updated version of the estimate so they were prepared to do work I didn't want, but I was able to intervene. They did a great job very quickly. 5 stars. Billing: The bill I received had work on it that hadn't been done. I was told the bill was the same as if the extra work had been done, which made no sense because it would have required more time and more material. I wasn't able to get the bill revised. 2 stars. All in all, 4 stars is a bit generous.

When we moved to our current home we decided that we wouldn't be spraying toxic weed killer, BUT, we didn't realize how crazy the weeds get in Sunnyside, so our property got out of hand, fast. The once pristine rock driveway had almost completely been taken over. But after they worked their magic, it was a night and day improvement. They also hauled an embarrassing amount of weeds away to the dump so that we wouldn't be stuck burning them ourselves.
