Since I was on emergency electrical heat for two weeks, my electric bill was close to $1000. The next electric bill after they installed my new heat pump was $700, considering that one week was also on the emergency heating. My last electric bill was a little over $100. The lowest bill I have ever had after living in this home for 20 years. Their service is second to none and you can count on them for showing up on time and solving whatever problem you have. The old system was so noisy, that it was capable of keeping you up at night hence, maybe a bad mood in the morning.
