The ants had been encroaching, but I thought I had them under control. Then I opened my dishwasher AND IT WAS SWARMING WITH ANTS!!!! I honestly can't remember the last time I was so grossed out. What sets Joe apart is that he is a strategic exterminator. I very much appreciate that he sprayed the lot line of the property and around the perimeter of the house itself. This way there is a double layer of protection so that the buggies will stopped before they even get to the house and if not there is a barrier of spray right outside of our house around our foundation. Overall, Manor Pest Solutions made a very gross pest situation a very pleasant one and I can sleep at night knowing that Joe did a really amazing job. I've used other Pest companies for other properties I manage and they were like a 70% but Joe is 110%. We had an ant problem. Those sneaky ants would show up where you least expected. As a homeowner and novice pest exterminator I had tried several ant baits but these ants were not interested. So, I called a professional, Joe from Manor Pest. I called on a Saturday and Joe said that he was very busy because the summer is ant season and they are everywhere. But, he said he had to take care of one customer on Sunday the next day and he could come over to see our problem. So I said great. He called on Sunday and said he could come a little earlier than planned (plan was for noon but he was available at 11:30). I said great. He was prompt and while most of the ants were in the kitchen, I knew there were more outside. He toured the outside and found them and proceeded to spray. He said the when the ants walked on the sprayed area they would carry it back to their nest. He also placed small drops of ant bait outside and a few discreet places in the kitchen. Even with his 30 day guarantee, by Monday we did not see ANY ants. He was professional and friendly. You should use him. And because it did not take him very long, he charged me half of his fee. Joe is great! I called him because I noticed some bees/wasps/yellowjackets going into my house through the siding and he was able to come out the same day. He came over exactly at the time he had told me and I showed him the problem. Luckily I caught it before there was a hive/colony so he was willing to just spray some poison at no charge since it was an easy fix.
