Updated Review 12/13/2023 I've been coming here for years, generally it's been a good experience. Had a bad server experience tonight (12/13/23) that seems to have happened to others reading reviews. We were eating desert when the server came over with the check. We continued to eat and she returned to say you pay me. I nodded, then she returned and stood by our table while we ate. Super awkward, we gave her a card and when she returned with the paperwork she yet again stood way too close to the table not leaving and i had to tell her to back up. They were not busy so not like they needed to turn the table and we had been there less than an hour. Once signed she examined the receipt and left from what i'm reading she was making sure we tipped her for filling our water glasses 2 times. It made me very uncomfortable and honestly they would be better to not have tipped employees at a buffet restaurant. I'm sure many people don't tip or tip very little but for your staff to be basically shaming people and demanding tips next time I will go to Dragon Buffet down the road where you don't tip the staff. read more

Food is beautifully displayed. Many, many choices, all delicious! Fresh Sushi. Great soups.

I like eating here, I've came here multiple times with family and friends. The food is flavorful. They have a good selection of food to pick out of. Family & kid friendly. High chairs for the children are provided. Lots of deserts including fruits, chocolate fountain, marshmallows, and ice cream. Service is quick. Bathrooms usually clean. They will cook you food if you choose from the options near the cooking station. I will be returning again lol. Overall a pleasant place to eat. read more

Variety, quality, value. We've been there three or four times and never been disappointed.

No flavor, everything was very bland. Not worth the money. It was very clean though. The service was great as well.

A fantastic array of delicious thoughtfully created buffet with an awesome ambiance that Indiana Jones would feel (The Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones version) right at home in. High sealings and BYOB it's great they match the needs of anything even our random collage of beverages; snob beer giant cans & different shaped bottles. Great above and beyond service and food selections ranging from Asian staples, Seafood to American comfort and soft serve as well as many desert variants. When I say this is quite possibly the worst food I've ever eaten I wouldn't be lying if I could give it 0 stars. I would everything tasted stale. Every single thing was cold. The tables were sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting. I couldn't even eat the seafood because I felt like it was going to make me sick. They still charged me full price even though I did not eat any of the things that I put on my plate. I was there for maybe about fifteen minutes enough to see what I saw and I left promptly. In a small town like Lancaster, I was surprised to see such a large buffet in such great upkeep. The overall place is clean compared to buffets of this size and quality. The food was not bad at all. I expected worse honestly. The offerings were plenty, but I did want salmon as pictured. It didn't appear for lunch, so I tried other options. Some of the salads we're not very tasty, but the hot dishes definitely helped carry the meal into a gratifying feeling. There is a lot of parking so you don't have to worry about it. There is also coffee and the outlets nearby so the location is quite convenient. I wouldn't travel here just for the buffet, but if you're in the area and you want to binge, I can see no better place than to come here. read more

I don't remember that last time I've been to a Chinese American buffet so I got excited to go try. Also heard good things about this place. This place was very... Meh and average. Nothing really stood out as I was strolling. The sushi corner looked kinda bad; fish was a bit discolored but at least it didn't have the ammonium smell. The other food selections were ok but again nothing to exciting. The general tso chicken was more sauce and empty breading than chicken.... The fried rice and lo mein noodles were super dry. The hibachi guy looked like he had no idea what he was doing which is ok but... It troubled me a bit when bits of food that he was cooking went to the scrap part of the grill (close to the hole you put the gunk in) and he would take it back out and cook it with the rest of the food again. The most disappointing part was the fried chicken. All the ayce Chinese buffet, I get the fried chicken cause you know.. can't go wrong with fried chicken wings. They didn't have the classic wings.. it was chicken breast WHO DOES CHICKEN BREAST?! Of course it was dry. Now... You might be thinking... What did you expect from an ayce Chinese buffet? It's a buffet... Idk really... I was hoping for one good food item but literally everything was just old and dry. Heck... The food was about average even for a buffet, but the variety was great, and honestly I'm sold on the atmosphere! The inside is set up sort of like a dining area in the middle of a town with the walls decorated to look like the outside of buildings. If aesthetics aren't your thing then you won't care, but if you like dining in a fun atmosphere then this is the place for you. The plates are set up right next to hand sanitizer and gloves, the staff were all wearing masks, and they are still blocking every other table to maintain social distancing. read more

Fantastic service, selection and the food is very good for a buffet. Kept clean. One of the better buffets around.

I really wish you had the option of zero stars. My fiancé and I both got ill after this meal. I believe things were not kept at proper temperature. If you like yodels and other packaged desserts and cookies opened and placed on a platter then you'll love the dessert. To top it off, on a recent visit next door, to ollies (which I would recommend if you like a bargain!) when we came back to the car someone had thrown up right next to our car... they got sick so quickly they couldn't make it home! read more

I am so sad there's not a good buffet spot in NY like Manor. Loved everything about this place. The selection of food was amazing and everything tasted fresh and warm. I feel like sometimes buffets can be tricky because the food can taste a bit cold or bland. They even had a really great and extensive selection of sushi which was delicious. Stopped by after looking for a place to have dinner after touring Lancaster and this is where we ended up. Very nice buffet offering a large selection of items. They had hibachi, a carving station, sushi bar, and a large dessert selection including a chocolate fountain. Everything looked good, I had some sushi rolls, coconut shrimp, chicken wing, fried wonton, barbecued ribs, and some lo mein. I enjoyed my selections and then had some desserts. I had a slice of tasty carrot cake, fresh pineapple, and cookies. Everyone was happy with dinner and the service was friendly as well... Nice spot! read more

Place is what you expect from a Chinese food buffet. A lot of good food to choose from.

Food was buffet good however much of it was cold like the pork ribs. I hope they fix this issue especially due to the fact we come all of the way from Maryland. Usually the food is warm or hot. read more

The absolute best Asian buffet restaurant in Pa. This is the place for your lunch, dinner or that special occasions. Unbelievable huge selection of delicious freshly cooked dishes, prepared by an outstanding chef and his staff. Rating is 3.5 It's nice to have a decent Chinese buffet like this out in Lancaster, PA. We love to have lunch here before we head over to Tanger Outlets for shopping, which is literally 2 minutes away from here. The service is better than most Chinese buffets, and they have a very large variety of food. The overall taste isn't too bad, and the guy that works the Hibachi is hilarious. One of the very few Chinese buffets anywhere that actually greet you kindly on your way out. read more

Coming back from a kids camp . The kids we're pretty hungry so my wife ended up finding a close by buffet really convenient from the interstate. The outside plaza didn't really seem to pleasing but very mind blowing inside everything very clean and modern. Bathrooms were super clean which normally in buffets are not. Food I can honestly was always warm and very appetizing to the eye. Another good review definitely recommend. read more

COVID affected a great deal of AYCE Chinese buffets in my area. Many did not manage to survive. Manor Buffet definitely can hold its own in that category not only in the Lancaster area but beyond. There are lots of quality stuff for those in the know as well as popular crowd pleasers in abundance. The place is spacious and clean. The decor in this place is awesome! It's like you're in a little village. The place doesn't look big until you are in the building. Very spacious. Lots of options on the Buffett for everyone. The food was okay. Some things lacked flavor. They had a chocolate fountain but I was disappointed to only find marshmallows for dipping. Went for lunch - the best deal in regards to pricing. Love the station where you choose what you want and then the chef cooks it for you on the grill. Many "American food" choices plus other chinese items to try ( loved the crab Rangoon) Big salad bar, peel n eat shrimp , sushi ( i don't eat sushi but it's there). Many more options.
