Tons of chicken in this dish! Our waitress was amazing! She was on top of things, very friendly and even loved my add on of the larger noodles to soak up the curry! We also tried the Drunken Noodles. They can compete with the best in the county! The food came out quick and was steaming hot! 10/10 food! The place was very clean. Went here with my daughter while we were in town. She has a service dog who helps ensure there is no gluten in the food. The first thing the girl did was ask my daughter for a card for her dog. What? She carries cards that say what an establishment is allowed to ask, so she gave her one of those. She did bring the dog water then, which was nice. My food was fine, it just wasn't what I was hoping for. This was mostly rice but I prefer mostly veggies in a nice sweet and sour sauce. Not what I got. Oh well. It tasted fine. Newly opened Thai restaurant! We happened by during their soft opening. The Chef and family have moved from Northern Virginia. They are located in a small space at the back of the shopping center. A gem of a find. Service was Friendly and attentive! Decor is minimalist as their focus appears to be clean and neat with excellent food service as they get established. They are very aware that the locals may not want authentic Thai Hot foods and are intentional about being conscious of the local palate. That being said, if you like authentic Thai, ask for Thai Hot and let them know you want to taste their authentic cuisine, not Americanized. Nothing is more freeing to a chef than being given license to cook straight from their heart. We had salads, spring rolls, wonton soup, Tom Kha soup, and I took home an order of chicken Pad Thai. The dressing on the salad was delightful and well suited to the fresh salad. The soups were mild and refreshing. The spring rolls were crispy and just the way we liked them. My daughter and I aren't from the area so I hit up Yelp for a lunch spot after a doctor's appointment. Yelp for the win, as usual! The restaurant is small, quaint and clean. The owner greeted us immediately and let us choose where to sit. The menu is extensive. The bowls were very small, as I was expecting a "meal" size like the pictures on the menu. We also ordered steamed dumplings and we received four but they were each the size of a quarter. This restaurant is a hidden gem, offering a cozy atmosphere and a clean environment. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. As appetizers, we ordered shrimp cake and calamari, which were cooked to a perfect crisp. Our main courses are Khao Soi Kai (a noodle dish with chicken and coconut curry), Thai PA clay pot with shrimp, and crab fried rice which we loved. The smell of wok cooking is smell so good and not greasy. We chatted with our waitress, she said restaurant has been open for three weeks and making authentic Thai food by Thai people. We were on a trip to Lancaster and it became time for lunch. After a quick search we settled on this cute little Thai place. It's in a housing community so it wasn't super easy to find but man was it worth it! Nice and clean and comfortable inside made for a pleasant place to eat. Outside seating was available as well.My wife had the fresh spring rolls which, although not the best we've had, were fresh and tasty. I had the lunch size Pad See Ew with mixed meat (pork, beef and chicken). Now I have had my fair share of Thai food in my life and honestly I haven't had a better dish.
