My husband and I stopped by after a shopping trip at close by Tanger Outlets. The lunch menu was like a dinner menu for most Chinese buffets, and the price was unbelievably low. Considering the price that you pay, which was a little under $10, I was really impressed, with the quantity of food. The quality was decent, which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. The service was also friendly, which is not a common thing in Chinese buffets. For service, ambiance, and quantity= 4 stars. The sushi roll selection was also pretty decent considering it's a Chinese buffet. Will come back on our next Lancaster trip. read more

This is a hidden gym in Lancaster. I'm from Atlanta, but every time business brings me this way, I make sure to stop here. I'm from Philly, and I've been to a million Asian buffets. Let me tell you, at the time of this writing, none of the current ones are as good as Manor Buffet. I've been there twice in one week, and wanted to get different stuff the second time around, but for the most part, much of it was the same as the first time. Interior decor reminds me of an Atlantic City Casino buffet... even the bathrooms! Soups are good. Salad bar has many choices, including marinated beef (cold and juicy), seaweed salad, and jellyfish salad (I finally got to get revenge), in addition to the standards. Many sushi varieties, all good. Many platters to chose from, included the standard boring American fare (if I want that, I'll go to Old Country or Golden Corral). I've had salt & pepper frog legs, craw fish, pollack, snails (huge and tasty, but I suggest not looking at them after you pull it from the shell). Plenty of shrimp, clams, and fried oysters. Really the only think I found somewhat bland was the vegetable fried rice. Just didn't do it for me. Desert bar had many choices of fruits, cakes, cookies, muffins, and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows, bananas, pretzels, and pineapple to dip. Pineapple is as sweet as the little old lady next door. Staff very friendly and always smiling. They offer to fill my glass every two minutes, and I almost feel bad about saying "Not yet, thanks." My only problem is not really with them. I keep reading that they have Korean, but in two different nights, I've yet to see a Korean dish. Have eaten here several times. The food is decent but the restaurant patrons who don't supervise their children is a whole different ballgame. We went on Sunday, April 3, and the place was packed. I went up to get some fruit and there were two young boys about 5-7 years old sticking their fingers in the chocolate fountain and licking their fingers! There was much more than double dipping those fingers in that chocolate that I cared to even look at. They weren't the only children not supervised. This buffet was awesome! I was planning to try millers smorgasbord but saw the Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm usually not one for Chinese buffets, but this one was amazing. All of the food was fresh, hot and replenished before it was halfway done. From the hibachi station and even the sushi, I didn't try one thing I didn't like. Not to mention, they had a great fruit selection with ripe kiwi, mangos and even dragonfruit. I usually don't eat shrimp but they have a fried shrimp in coconut sauce that is to die for. Last but not least they had crab legs! And I don't mean the scrawny ones that taste like dirty water, actual fresh plump crab legs with a carving station that had steak, duck, and some sort of sausage. open just about 10 days, they charge $8.49 for lunch, compare the food they offer with this price, not a bad choice, Tried their lunch today, some dishes were not hot enough, the rice for sushi were overcooked (too much water when they cooked the rice), they offer some dishes which are rarely seem in Chinese buffet restaurant, like fried oyster, deep fried crispy whole fish, but strange flavor in the ice scream cream machine. Pleasantly surprised! This place was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. I did read some reviews so I was a little apprehensive, but I'm not sure why the 1 star reviews. Simply put, this place is awesome! The restaurant is very clean, decor is nice, and the food is delicious! I love sushi and Manor Buffet delivers. Very good selection of sushi, everything is labeled, fresh, and they even have ngiri and sashimi. For me, the sushi alone is worth the price. But there's so much more. Hibachi, carving station with steak, sausage, beef, crab legs, etc. All your usual buffet selections and much much more! Everything looks and is delicious. I honestly didn't get to try everything I wanted to, and I'll definitely be back to try again, and I live in York. There's no better buffet in York or Lancaster! And the service was spectacular! I swear by this place! Out of all the dutch/American/Chinese buffets in Lancaster county, including the ridiculously over famed Shady Maple, I love this place. Great selection of hot foods and raw bars. Don't miss the soups and hibachi station. The prices can't be beat either, even for weekend dinner service. This place is amazing. My husband and I brought 7 of our kids with us for dinner and we all enjoyed it so much. Frog legs, prime rib, and crawfish are just a few of the over 150 items on this buffet. I loved being able to create my own stir fry at the Hibachi bar. My kids loved the Sushi bar and we all scarfed down at least a pound of crab legs. So as I said, I would give this place another go. In fact, I gave it 2 more chances, and I was impressed both times. I went for dinner with my sister's Mother in Law last month and though it was pricey, it was worth every penny. At dinner, they have spare ribs and all kinds of high valued meats including steak. We really enjoyed Manor buffet! Food was great, prices were On point, and service was good. There were Sooooooooo many food options. I normally feel really weird about eating sushi from a buffet, but you could tell the sushi was really fresh and you could see the gentleman in the back making it fresh. The Hibahi bar is my jam.... After picking up my husband and daughter from the convention going on in the area, we decided to head out to eat. I have never been in Lancaster, but my husband has, and when I said I wanted chinese, this is where we went. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The colors are bold, but do not go overboard. The decorations were also lovely. The food on the buffet was hot and fresh. They were constantly refilling the buffet. My favorite dish - general tsos - was nice and hot. It was also not hard and too crispy, but soft, with the outer part being the perfect crisp. They also have a small Mongolian grill area, where you can pick and choose what you want, and then it's cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed this area. My daughter also got an ice cream cone, but I'm not really sure where the ice cream machine was. When I come back to Lancaster, I'll definitely be at this place again! read more

Excellent! The owners could have easily bought the building and put a nice buffet, but they went above and beyond. The interior design and layout is beautiful and clean.
