I recommend Manny if you have thoroughly researched the product that he is selling you and you know that it is compatible with your cell phone, in the case of Apple car play. You will enjoy a good business relationship with Manny if you are into verbal abuse. I found that he was ignorant of the Kenwood system that he was selling me and it's compatibility with the iPhone 12 that I told him I had prior to installation. Everything that didn't work after installation was my fault even though, after we drove 30 minutes to a "normal" car stereo store for a second opinion that guy confirmed that the software between my phone and his stereo were not jiving 100%. Manny is a true professional and he stands by his work. I brought a complete DVD touchscreen system with a 10 inch monitor for my Southern Comfort Edition Suburban back in March of 2013. I was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge but I did not immediately write a review as I wanted to see how Manny would conduct himself if I developed a problem after the install and "sale". Fast forward to today, I developed a problem with the interface of the radio with the steering wheel controls and the radio presets went haywire. I called Manny and he promptly came out and spent hours fixing the problem. He went as far as replacing the head unit with a new one and even installed a new interface. He has been doing this for over 20 years. Manny was very reasonably priced and has a vast knowledge of the industry. The install was done flawlessly and he cleaned up after himself. We started with the kicker Hideaway. It was a good product but would not fit under my seat as designed. I used the unit for a few days to see if it was something I wanted to keep. There are not enough words I can use to describe my satisfaction with Manny and the work that he has done. I got his name through google and was nervous to use an unknown person, but his excellent reviews persuaded me. Now I consider that Google Search my lucky day!! Where do I start? He was prompt and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would be here, pretty unusual these days. He gave me an excellent price to connect my DVD player to the roof and even when it took a lot more time because he was repairing damage done by the previous installer (from out of Florida), Manny still didn't change the price, in fact he gave it to me for a little lower than he originally said, and it took quite a while to finish up. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he was 100% honest. I asked him to install an Ipod interface and he gave me a fair price. However when he opened up the DVD connection he saw that by repairing the other problem he would be able to provide Ipod connectivity without installing a whole new interface, thereby saving me $200. I can't believe that he was able to do all this and for such a great price, and his honesty and work ethic can not be beat.
