I had been referred to Ata via a Rancho Cordova page on Facebook. They did not do me wrong. He came out and helped me a while back, when my faucets were leaking. Great service, friendly guy, extremely reasonable prices. However, I had another problem. This time, I had no shower. When I turned the knob for my shower, I just got like a vibration and nothing coming out of the shower. I was reduced to having to take "bucket baths." I called Ata again, and he said he could. blow out the shower line with his air compressor, To see if that would fix the problem He said he could come out the very next morning. He showed up with his air compressor, I turned off the water, he hooked up the air compressor to the shower line, and out popped a little rock. Apparently, what it looks like had happened, was the rock came loose when the city was flushing out the pipes, and unfortunately, it worked its way into my shower line. In other words, I won the bad luck lottery. Once that little rock was gone, I had full shower pressure once again. The price for the second job was also extremely reasonable. If I would've called one of those plumbing companies that have to pay for TV advertising, they would've probably told me that I had to rip out the wall to replace the shower pipes. Ata was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very fair with his pricing. If I have plumbing problems in the future, I know who I'm calling. Thank you! read more

I thought I posted a review. I guess not...Ata came over to fix shower tub drain and install new shower fixtures. We were so happy with his work and he has a great personality. A big plumbing company botched our back shower job then insisted we needed new tub for front bath and wanted $$$. Ata laughed when we told him and said our old tub was fine and his prices we so fair. Highly recommend Ata Manneh! read more

Mr.Ata did an excellent quality work for the plumbing work at our home and he is very knowledgeable. He explained every step very throughly and even went beyond to find some parts which were outdated. I will definitely recommend Ata for plumbing work read more

BEST BEST BEST. Took excellent care of my parents' house when they were in a jam on a Sunday. So kind, so wonderful, so helpful. Best.

We experienced an unexpected leak in kitchen sink. We used Yelp and found Manneh. We called him and received a quick reply he would fit us in that day. He arrived as promised. Identified the leak issue. He professionally repaired. He was prompt and efficient. He is very courteous. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. read more

I had a year old toliet occasionally leaking, nothing obvious and frankly a great opportunity to be taken advantage of. Blessings came in the form of Manneh Plumbing, an honest, respected family owned business. Ata (the owner) showed me a video of before and after and fixed the problem. if you want a trustworthy, honest partner for all of your plumbing needs inside and out, definitely call Manneh Plumbing read more

Ata's perfect 5/5 ratings are no fluke; this man is a god send and I'm so happy to have met him. While replacing my roof, we found a corroded gas line embedded into the roofline. It needed to be replaced badly before any further work could be done on the roof. So, I called Ata, who came out to inspect the gas line within an hour of calling. He was so kind and honest at our initial meeting. We agreed for him to return the following morning, Friday, to complete the work. While working, he was so gracious and respectful and did a perfect job. On Saturday morning, I realized my gas oven and water heater were not running. I called Ata to help troubleshoot the issue, but he insisted to come to the house to fix the issues. An hour later, he showed up and fixed both issues no questions asked. Ata is the only plumber I will ever use again! read more

I can't say enough about this man. - Fixed my problem quickly - Gave feedback on other items I wanted to do - Came when he said he would. - Gave great advice despite that advice might not make him $ in the future. (preventative) Highly recommended. read more

As a woman, I often feel like I'm taken advantage of by people in various industries where I lack the knowledge to argue or even ask the right questions. It's hard to choose someone to help when TikTok or YouTube how-to videos have failed to resolve a problem. I'm glad I chose Manneh Plumbing. My kitchen sink was backed up, underneath the sink was a leak, and the disposal wasn't sounding right. Ata, the one-man operation of Manneh Plumbing, came and assessed the problem, gave estimates, and advised me where to buy quality materials for a good price. When he came back, he let me ask him questions and watch him work, and showed me basic things I should know about my home plumbing (where the access points were, etc.). He figured out the problem rather quickly and did not charge me for an unneeded service that he originally estimated. But he also made me feel empowered and in control to make decisions. To sum up: If you want an honest, knowledgeable, and thorough plumber, choose Manneh Plumbing. Know that he is a one-man show and does the job right. This means that he does not go to another appointment, until the previous job is done. So, appointment times are a little more loose than the large companies--but in my mind, he's well worth waiting for. I'll use him again and recommend him to my friends. read more

I will NEVER call a different plumber. I had the most amazing experience with Ata, from the excellent service, his honesty and transparency, to the amazing conversation we had. I can't even express how absolutely grateful I am to all of the help he provided. He was so kind, gracious, supportive and went well above and beyond. I'm thrilled that the first company I chose flaked on me because it gave me an opportunity to actually meet a really amazing person who just so happens to be a plumber. :) #customerforlife read more

Our first experience with Manneh plumbing was last summer when our house flooded. He arrived the next day and was able to assess the problem. His service was so amazing that we had him on speed dial for the next time we needed plumbing help. That next day was today! Ata showed up on time and was able to help install our new garbage disposal, faucet and piping for our sink. We will never hire anyone else for plumbing ever. Manneh Plumbing is 5 stars for a reason!!! I appreciated that he was up front and gave me a quote over the phone and prepped me on costs should other issues arise. Ata fixed the main sewage line to our house that was clogged with baby wipes. He did the work efficiently and well. He wore a mask and gloves all the time he was here. He also quickly fixed two other minor issues for no charge. He was very upfront on the phone about the possible charges. He is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. I added him as the only plumber on my contacts list. read more

I can't recommend Manneh Plumbing more highly. My only toilet wouldn't flush on Sunday, the worst possible day for a plumbing problem. The first business I called agreed to "solve my problem" if I committed to having my entire toilet replaced for $800 sight unseen, just based on a couple of photos. Manneh Plumbing came out promptly and immediately identified a clog as the culprit. Despite giving up his time, Mr. Manneh refused to charge me (I helped with the plunging!:). They have definitely earned my future business. If you're seeking an ethical plumber, look no further. read more

This is the most honest and nicest plumber I have ever met. He doesn't try to overcharge you or sell you things you don't need. He also will not put inferior parts in just to save money. He's very open about the different options and gives you the pros and cons of each. While working he keeps the space tidy and is very considerate of your home. When we had a problem come up suddenly he was able to look at it, give us an estimate, and come out to fix it within three days. We are so thankful to have found him and you should def. call him for all your plumbing needs!!! read more

My toilets wouldn't flush and if they did water was backed up in the shower or tub. I tried plunging, Drano, praying, but I wasn't getting anywhere. I keep a list of recommendations for various services from my neighborhood newsletter. I saw someone highly recommended Manneh Plumbing so I called Ata, the owner. He said he would be here in an hour and he was. In the meantime I went on yelp and saw over a hundred excellent reviews. I knew I could trust him. Mr. Manneh is the most gracious, knowledge plumber I have ever employed. I needed to replace a gas valve for my new dryer. Ata was so professional and friendly, we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He diagnosed and fixed our kitchen sink in a short amount of time. He gave us a lot of advice on how to care for our plumbing system. He was extremely clean and careful with everything in the home. You can tell he knows everything about plumbing, sort of like a plumbing encyclopedia. He really cares for his clients; I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. read more

Today, 8/23/19 I called Ata to our home because our sewer lines were all backed up, flowing onto the outdoor patio. Ata worked us into his schedule and was able to rectify our "reoccurring" blockages, which appears to be a slope issue. We truly admire Ata's professional approach at troubleshooting and resolving. We highly recommend his services. 4/18. Our washing machine drainage backed up into the kitchen sink and wouldn't drain out through the sewer lines. We called Manneh Plumbing and Ata was able to come out and troubleshoot our complicated mobile home plumbing. His expertise was challenged but persistence paid off and he located the blockage and was able to correct the issue. Ata took the time to let me know how to prevent a reoccurrence of the same problem and crawled under our home to inspect the pipes to ensure standards were met. He wasn't just professionally adept, he was one of the kindest people I have met. Very respectful of the workspace but also respectful in his speech and mannerisms. I used to teach customer service skills at Xerox and Intel, and if I was still teaching, Ata Manneh would be used by me as a case study for exemplary customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse Manneh Plumbing base on the excellenservice we received. read more

Under a difficult mistake made last night and calling around to get quotes in order to fix the fault and value in my shower. Ata was one of few people who gave me quote on sight. Called around to the bigger well known names in plumbing but there pretty much priced themselves out of the picture. I have to admit given how much I needed to get the repairs done and water turned back into the house. Never got around to reading anyone's reviews on yelp but I will say that I've found my plumber if I ever need one. Ata was honest and genuine in what he was offering whether it was the quote or advice given the situation, I truly feel that he was putting me as the customer first and was man of his word. Given that his quote was less then most of quotes I got. His work was great, kept me updated and explained what and why certain things happen and how to make repairs in future if I want to attempt it later. I didn't read any of his reviews until after the work was completed and he lived up to what I discover for myself and was backed up in pretty much half the total reviews I read. Will gladly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Ata for great work and will call on you in future. read more

Ata, the owner was a pleasure to do business with. We had a clogged drain in the kitchen and he came out the next day. Once out we found the our clean out plug was original to out house and stuck. He had to drill out and then was able to replace the plug and snake he line. He was very thorough and checked the line several times to make sure all was good. I can also tell you he was such and honest and nice guy. He also was the cheapest! I would say by other quotes I got, he was half the cost. Will call him again for sure! read more

If only all businesses were like this. Ata is kind, trustworthy, and reliable. When I have any plumbing issue, he will first ask to send him some pictures, and then provide some free advice in how to fix it myself. He will offer to come out if I still cannot fix it. However, his advice is top-notch, and it can usually fix the problem. It shows that he is honest and not greedy. He knows that he has enough business just from the way he does business, since hardly anyone else can do it like Ata. read more

With so many good and honest plumbers out there (like Prudent Plumbing), do yourself a huge favor by avoiding this guy like the plague. He over-commits and spends more time talking than working. Negatives: * He spent more time talking than working. * He misrepresented his abilities to be able to install a cooktop. - He made my wife to help him lift the cooktop into the counter as he could not do it - He was unable to install the electrical wiring required to hook up the cook top - He did not how to modify the exhaust conduit. * He charged us a premium plumbing rate when he did not complete the job and forced us to hire another person to install out cooktop. * He had to talk about what he was going to do instead of just doing it. Positives: * He showed up when he said he would. read more

Manneh Is a very fair and honest man. We've used him a few times and he is always on time and does the job right.

So I got a letter from Sacramento Sewer district that claimed I had roots in my sewer and I had to have them removed or they would fine me. I emailed them back and said they must have the wrong house, I live in a new home with the oldest tree around 5 years old. Anyways, I had to hire someone and I could not resist hiring Manneh plumbing with all the great reviews. Ata came to the house and kept saying there was nothing wrong and he didn't want to charge me for not fixing anything. I asked him to snake the line anyway so I had the receipt for the county. He dropped his price sense there was nothing wrong.. He also provided great advice if there was a problem and how to hold the developer accountable. read more
