This donut shop has a community feel and I have been in Yucaipa for several years however this was my first time coming to this donut shop. None of their bread products hurt my tummy which is great for sensitive stomachs. Fast and great customer service by the cashier and food prep chef. Good atmosphere. I look forward to coming back. They're known for their delicious donuts, but there's so much more to enjoy! One of the cool things is that you can sample different varieties of apples before deciding which ones to take home. They also have a great selection of wines. Peach Perfect and Black Bear were two of my favorites. I was hoping to grab Red Tractor, but unfortunately, it wasn't in stock this time. For you pickers, you can pick your own raspberries and apples for a small fee. It's a great place to slow down, relax, enjoy the scenery, and spend some quality time with family.

1/6 at 7:39 AM This morning, I visited Manna Donuts for the first time with my daughter, excited to try their donuts based on all the positive reviews about their service and family-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. At checkout, the cashier processed my order but didn't mention the $0.50 card fee. After noticing it on the receipt, I asked if we could cancel the transaction so I could pay in cash instead. She asked a male coworker for help, but he said he didn't know how and didn't attempt to find a solution. When I explained that I wasn't aware of the fee as a new customer and suggested it might be helpful to let people know beforehand, his response was dismissive. He said, "They charge card fees everywhere," and pointed to a small sign on the register that wasn't easily visible. He then added that another donut shop charges a dollar, implying I should be thankful their fee was cheaper. The tone of the interaction felt condescending, as though I was at fault for not noticing the sign or for bringing up the issue at all. I specifically chose this place because of reviews praising their service and how great they are with kids, so I brought my daughter along, hoping for a pleasant experience. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome. Clearer communication and a more understanding attitude would have made a significant difference. While I understand that policies like card fees are common, the way they are communicated and handled speaks volumes about an establishment's approach to customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction didn't reflect the welcoming and family-friendly environment I was expecting. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We stopped by late morning in July, and the restaurant was already very hot inside. There is limited inside seating and no outside seating, we had already planned on eating at home, which due to the inside temperature was more comfortable. We shared their Apple Fritter. As you can see in my pic, this is a thicker style fritter. And as such, the inside is quite doughy which had average flavor. There wasn't too many more apple cubes than what you see in my pic. Additionally, the glazing was a thinner than other Apple Fritters, and didn't soak into the dough similar to others. While we didn't try their other offers, they had quite the variety of other prepared and packaged foods. Please note there is a minimum $5 credit/debit card fee.
