The employees was very welcoming and friendly, the wait was not long at all, I went inside tried on several glasses to see what I prefer and once I found the one I liked I let them know and then i sat down to do the paper work to order the glasses. Turn around time was 2 weeks but I got it less then 2 weeks when they texted it was ready for pickup so I'll be picking up this Saturday which is amazing. My glasses are always slipping down my nose, yet none of the technicians have been able to solve this problem. One overdid it so badly that she warped my frames--Costco had to replace them free of charge. I tried to get smaller frames, but they didn't have much to choose from. They are not cheap and they keep pushing for the progressive lenses that darken/lighten. Glasses don't last more than 5 years before the coating they put on your lenses starts to flake off. When I asked them not to put on the coating, they refused.

He gives you your options of contact lenses and does a thorough check up and is gentle to your eyes. The facility is clean and the receptionist was very sweet and made you feel at home. I didn't have to worry about my copay because the assistant took the extra step in billing my insurance. Downfall is parking was a bit of a challenge since all the businesses shares parking and it was hard to find.
