Took awhile to get an appointment but once we got one on the day I requested, Saturday's, it was nothing short of amazing. Dr.Reynolds took good care of my son and now I'm thinking I should start getting my eyes checked annually just because. Now that this weird period of time or phase has passed, we haven't been back for over a year. But if there are any flare ups or other eye needs, I recommend coming here! I have been a patient of Dr. Geoffrey Reynolds for several years now and I am totally satisfied with the quality of care I received from him. His expertise, professionalism, & caring bedside manner are second to none. He worked diligently to help me overcome an eye discomfort that I had been struggling with for many years. I appreciate the advice & knowledge he shares with me to help care for my eyes. The office is clean & quaint with advanced diagnostic equipment. Frame selection option is decent. I really like their one year warranty on their frames & lenses (will replace scratched lenses at no cost). They also make minor repairs and/or adjustments in house. I like the text reminders of upcoming appointments or advising me that my glasses are ready for pick up. My prescription is always filled & refilled on time. Came here for my 8 year old daughter who was referred by her pediatrician because she was having difficulty with her distance vision. It took a while to get an available appointment since we wanted an afternoon appointment and that's their busy time. In fact, I just called today for an appointment for my son and husband and the earliest afternoon appointment I was able to book is September 5 and 10 and today is only July 18! Well, I guess there's a reason why they're so busy. Dr. Mily Reynolds was very thorough with her eye exam. We opted for the eye mapping which is an additional $25, but even without the eye mapping her exam included a lot more than the optometrist I went to a month after my daughter's appointment. I ended up going to the other optometrist for my eye exam because he was cheaper. I guess it was a perfect example of getting what you pay for because my appointment didn't feel as comprehensive as my daughter's exam. Also, the optometrist I went to didn't offer eye mapping. I am very pleased with Dr. Mily. As an added bonus, she was very personable and did a great job explaining her procedure to me and my daughter. Yesterday I stopped by their office to pay my portion of the bill after my insurance remitted their payment. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk (possibly the manager) told me to wait at the next window to make my payment. The lady at the next window taking the payment was helping another client. I waited and waited but the lady and the client were too busy talking story. I get that you have to be personable but if someone is in line, please cut the personal chatter to a minimum or if you really want to talk to that person because you haven't seen them in a while, ask them to wait until you're done helping other customers so you guys can talk more afterwards. Please be respectful of other people's time. I had a ton of errands to run that day but I wanted to make sure they got their payment right away and so I opted to drop off the payment instead of mailing it. Anyway, I stood there listening to them catch up on each other's lives and what each family member was up to since they've last seen each other. Finally the manager noticed I was standing there for a long time while the two chit chatted so she took my payment instead. Mahalo to the manager for noticing and for her great customer service skills. Because of her, I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment for my son and husband even though it will take months before they can be seen. read more

Great place to get your eyes checked. They have all the latest eye technology equipment that makes your eye exam simple and easy. I use to hate going to the eye doctor before because all the uncomfortable tests that was done. That gun that shoots the air into your eyes and the pen the doctor uses to touch your eyes made it hell for me. However, Mililani Vision Source has all updated equipment that doesn't do any of that. It's basically looking into a machine and it takes all the information about your eyes. There is a eye mapping machine that is uncomfortable because it shoots a super bright light in each eye 4 times to get an image inside your eyes. It's optional, but it looks into your eyes and can find all sorts of information about your health as well as your eyes. It's around $30 if you want to have it done in addition to your eye exam. Dr. Geoff is great. I use to see his dad (Ronald) but since he retired, Dr. Geoff is now my eye doctor. Really friendly and does great work. The staff is all friendly too. The selection for frames is a little limited though. Wish they had a bigger selection. Overall, fantastic. My 30 minutes drive here is well worth it. read more

I've been going to Dr. Geoff in Mililani for many years now. They are timely with their appointments and extremely thorough when checking my eyes. Dr. Geoff answers all my questions and is definitely a doctor I would recommend. I live in Waikele and used to go to doctors in town, but found Mililani to be so much more convenient. The office staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. It has a real family feel even if it's your first visit. They will be moving to the Mililani Town Center in November near Pet Smart, and so it will be even more convenient with lots of parking. Highly recommend the Reynolds. Father and Son both work together and are friendly and super nice!!! Couldn't get any better....5 stars from me!!!! read more

Since coming back to the islands I've been going to see Dr Jeff Reynolds and he is very informative and doesn't just take you and say ok you're done, NEXT! He actually takes the time to tell you what he sees and has also given me samples to be sure they are the correct lens for me! I am so happy and appreciate the Ohana feeling at this office. Dr. Geoff is so caring and I trust him with my husband and our 3 girls vision. He takes the time to explain welcoming questions and simply treats you like family. It's really hard to find a eye doctor that cares the way he does as well as the staff, very kind and patient. I especially love the new location and office, great atmosphere, equipment and parking. Believe me you won't be disappointed, my oldest girl has seen her share of eye doctors with not very happy results but after her 1st visit was happy to return for a follow up appointment. ,Great practice, great service! I have been a patient of Dr Reynolds (Ron and Geoff) for many years and have always received top notch service. At one point, a few years ago, I switched to a big box optometry store thinking I would save money but after 1 pair of glasses that were cheaper, and several trips back for adjustments and repairs, I went back to Dr Reynolds and wouldn't even think of changing optometrists again. My husband also recently went to a big box store and we were told our insurance company dropped the vision plan and the glasses would not be covered so we would pay full price. Knowing this was not true my husband took his prescription to Dr Reynolds and they processed his purchase through our insurance with a minimal co-pay with no problems. I just picked up 2 pairs of glasses from Dr Reynolds this morning and they are perfect. Matt was helpful when I picked out my frames, a very patient man as I must have tried on 20 pairs. The office staff, Cheryl and Ann? are always very courteous and friendly. They have gotten me in to see the doc the same day when I called after having a broken blood vessel in my eye. They also fixed my glasses after my Great Dane puppy tried to eat them, all at no charge. We see Dr Reynolds out and about in our community and he always stops to say hello and ask how we are doing. I was surprised to find new equipment during my last visit, this practice does not skimp on keeping up with new, state of art, equipment. I have been going to Dr.Geoff for many years now. He has helped improve my vision in many ways during my childhood. From going every month to straighten my eyes for my softball career. Helping my family and I understand why I was struggling so much when I was hitting the ball. And now that I am a bit older I have been having problems with my pterygium which is a non-cancerous growth that starts in the of the clear, thin tissue (conjunctiva) of the eye. This growth covers the white part of the eye (sclera) and extends onto the cornea. It is often slightly raised and contains visible blood vessels. The problem may occur on one or both eyes. He referred me to a specialist to get them removed and my vision has gotten better where I do not need glasses any more. BEST EYE DOCTORS ON THE ISLAND FOR SURE! read more

I immediately liked this place when I walked into the office to make an appointment. I had to wait a several weeks to get an appointment; ironically I work next door & both of our offices are closed on the same day (Thursday). Good thing I'm on vacation & was able to see Dr. Reynolds today. Anyways because I work next door I see the staffs familiar faces almost everyday. When I met Dr. Reynolds he recognized me from somewhere and everything after that felt so comfortable. It was like I already knew him. This office is very professional and they take their time with you and give you plenty of options regarding your eye care; Especially w/ cost and what fits your budget. They're not the type to reel you in and sucker you for your money. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing Eye Doctor.
