I really like their one year warranty on their frames & lenses (will replace scratched lenses at no cost). They also make minor repairs and/or adjustments in house. I like the text reminders of upcoming appointments or advising me that my glasses are ready for pick up. My prescription is always filled & refilled on time. They're kind, always willing to explain the tests, processes, and results so that they're easy to understand. The office offers tons of glasses options and the staff are always willing to answer any questions you may have about lens options and how they can work with your insurance to help you upgrade your glasses or make adjustments. Appointments can sometimes be a little hard to come by as they have serviced the Mililani community for many decades at this point but it isn't much of an issue if you plan ahead. They're always very flexible when it comes to immediate need as much as they can. If you want to find a community based caring pair of doctors, you should definitely become a patient of theirs. There's a reason why so many in the community have chosen this office to be their own.

They do a very thorough check on your eyes and they answer every and all your questions. For years, my insurance either pays for contacts for a year or eyeglasses for a year. So what I did was that. Then I finally had to ask about bifocals and if they're worth it and I hate the line and OMG! I've watched people with bifocals and just reading eyeglasses and BEEP!
