No, instead Paul left his shop, drove to the parts store, came back and had his guys do the work. THis was at 4:30pm. I was out of there before 5:30. He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. First off, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were more than willing to squeeze me in before the holidays. When I arrived, I met Siwan, who immediately seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. This gave me a lot of confidence knowing my car was in good hands. Siwan's incredible work ethic and dedication to his craft really impressed me. Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees during an extreme heat warning, he worked tirelessly and was very communicative on the progress of the installation. He was very transparent about any precautionary measures that should be taken before calling the job complete and made sure I was completely happy with the car before sending me home. To make sure I had my car back for the holiday weekend, Siwan worked late and even came in on his day off (Independence Day) to finish the job. That level of customer service is incredibly rare and truly demonstrates how much he cares about his customers and quality of his work. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore.
