I dropped off my car and I always get a little uneasy at auto shops cause you feel like you're vulnerable but my experience was amazing. I checked in and waited in the lobby. They have free water, snacks and coffee. They came up to me shortly after and said that my sensor wasn't working and there was no pressure on getting it replaced. They said it would cost about $200 to fix and it actually was the price I was expecting if that was the issue. I just didn't want to pay that for a sensor. And the mechanic told me that he doesn't blame me. I asked how much it would be and he said nothing. They even adjusted my tire pressure since some were off due to filling it with air at the gas stations and they aren't the most accurate. I really wasn't expecting this kind of service and would come back to this place in the future for services to my vehicle. Awesome place!

Had it towed to my trusted mechanic and he said I over paid for the check engine light to be fixed. It should have never costed over 1,000 for the job. He said he could have easily done the job for $600. Then my mechanic also said it looks like this company hit 2 lines in your break line putting it on the lift. Only two lines was leaking and this company wanted to over charge me to replace all my lines. My mechanic was able to fix the 2 broken lines that they broke and now I my brakes work just as good as they were before I took my car to get serviced thru this company. I asked them did they test drive my car before they worked on it. And they said no. Because if they test drove it the first time they would have noticed that I had working breaks. So yes they got me good that day. But that's they last time! I ALREADY told them what the codes were on the diagnostic and they still charged me for a diagnostic on their behalf and it showed the same results. They never reimburse me any. This goes to show how much they care for their customers...didn't even pay for the towing of my vehicle just to show that they cared...I could never treat anyone that way...then they send me a thank you card in the mail for what??? The fact that they got over on me. But it's all good.
