However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate. If you're a woman, I would recommend you drive away as fast as your car can go.

When I got there he was waiting outside for me and took us in the car while he test drove it. He was extremely thorough and asked questions other mechanics never seem to. He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. He was courteous, fair, very reasonably priced and if I was more local I would definitely choose him as a mechanic. I am so grateful I found him today!

The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. don't make the mistake that many of us did by going to this shop!! you have been warned!! aj is a…read morenarcissistic son of a bitch, a manipulator, a liar, rude, dismissive and a fraudster. he once asked me to bring my car to his shop after another shop failed me for inspection and demanded $800 for repairs. when my friend and arrived at AJ , at first, he promised us that the car had no issues , even confronted the first shop on my phone in front of us. He put on a complete fake face because i was accompanied. but instead of doing a second inspection right there, he asked me to bring the car back later. but when I later returned the car alone, he took advantage by asking me for the first shop inspection report, and did repairs to my car based on that report without first informing me or have my consent. He then got very defensive and aggressive in his tone, pressured me to pay him the same amount that i refused to pay the first inspection shop. shortly after his horrible repairs, the car started shaking very baddly, jerking, dashboard light showed up and eventually led to transmission failure. when called to check the car out after the transmission failed , he showed up one evening, threaten me for not paying $ 100 bal. out of the $800 that he originally scammed me from. again used the opportunity to take the car into his shop for " diagnosis" then charge me additional $ 200. i ended up getting the car transmission replaced by another shop for $3400 including a whole bunch of other expenses. I then filled a claim against him for reinbursement of his unautorized work which further led to my car transmission failure. , but boy, this man manipulated the situation, twisted facts ,told all kinds of lies and tried hard giving the narrative of a good person in court by telling lies about how he tried to help me and how honest he does he's work. blah blah blah. the judge still bought into his bullshits and rulled in his favor. what kind of honest mechanic does repair work to people cars without being transparent and honest with them. what kind of good person manipulate customers and does work without consent? but there is a reckonning for aj. for all the financial loss he had put me through, including others people in the comment session, he will be cursed and karma will catch up to him. ALSO PLEASE, IF YOUR A LADY, DON'T EVER GO TO HIS SHOP ALONE OR ANY OTHER SHOP ALONE FOR THAT MATTER. HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER , HUSBAND OR MALE FRIEND ACCOMPANIED YOU, TO AVOID BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFF BY THIS DISHONEST , MANIPULATIVE MECHANICS LIKE AJ.
