Terrible customer service, I bought some crystals and an elephant-shaped glass figurine, when I got home I noticed that the glass was broken, it was missing a piece. Today I returned to the store for an exchange of my purchase, but the person who could not help me nor did hear my claim told me that they did not accept returns or changes in the crystals because that brought bad vibes to the store nor did it offer any type of exchange or return of my purchase this left me a bad taste as a customer to never return or suggest this store to anyone. read more

The lack of unique family owned coffee shops in Corona is embarrassing. i was excited to find this location on the other end of Corona in hopes that it might be my new coffee shop instead of making the drive to Riverside/Orange County. The interior of this shop is nicely stocked up with all your crystal and magical needs, if you're into that. The "secret" cafe was roomy (except the table at the back!), magical, and smelled like too much palo santo or something, but for $4.25 I expected the drop coffee would have tasted a bit better. It wasn't my favorite unfortunately. I really wanted to enjoy this spot, but I think not being greeted by the two women at the registers was extremely off putting, the gentleman working the coffee shop was pleasant though. read more

What a wonderful place to shop...and to be accused of stealing from. It's a shame that my favorite crystal shop, which I have frequented for months, has an owner who believes "intuition" is a justification for insinuating that I have stolen from them. You can have all the senses in the world; it doesn't make you right especially for something as serious as shoplifting. I would love to revisit this place but without apology that would be horribly uncomfortable. "Take it with a grain of salt" does not change the fact that I am clearly and silently being accused of something I did not do. It is so unprofessional as well. I came in to make a purchase, which I still did despite being spoken to like a thief even with the proof of their error in judgement. I love to collect a specific type of ring, I have been building my collection and was happy to find that they sell them here. This place is so cool if you love rocks, stones, crystals, clothing, coffee and just feeling a sense of peace. They have jewelry and heard they will be hosting classes soon. They have a huge table with crayons and things to draw on paper for kids and adults alike. They have pieces of paper explaining what each rock/stone means you can take with you. I think they also do some types of readings there also. If you check in on yelp when you are there, you get a free coffee. read more

I was the one in the wheelchair today. My husband pushed me in to the cafe so we could order a tea. The girl running the counter with white face paint on completely ignored us. She stood there carrying on a conversation with another employee. We walked out. She didn't even try to make an obligatory eye contact. We put back the bracelets we intended to purchase. A very cool shop with a cozy Bohemian vibe. It was a welcome spot to go on a hot day. Outside of the store there are area rugs, chairs and couches to lounge in. On the inside there are lots of crystals, jewelry, plants and clothes to purchase. The best part was the Secret Cafe at the back of the store. You can order a drink, have a snack and sit in a cozy chair. They have plenty of board games to play or you can just sit, relax and enjoy the ambience. I was really excited to try this place because Corona needs more coffee spots. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. My friend and I ordered three drinks the dragonfruit lemonade, iced coffee with vanilla & oat milk, and the strawberry matcha. The dragonfruit lemonade was delicious. The iced coffee had cool free grinds in it. Every time I took a sip I would get a mouthful of coffee grinds. The strawberry matcha was too milky. The strawberry to matcha ration was off. It had way too much strawberry, it overpowered the matcha. I would try this place again to give it another chance. read more
