It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

She couldn't understand why I didn't know who I'd have work on my nails. I didn't book the appointment, so uh, yea. I asked her to check her book and she looked at me like I was from space. Problems already?!? Since my friend booked us together, I thought we'd be there the whole time chatting since that's pretty normal. They kept us next to each other for the pedicure but even though the nail area was empty they separated us. The salon was empty so it really made no sense! The pedicure was ok. They use a blue tablet that looks like tums to get the 'spa' water going. If that isn't tacky enough, they keep the tabs in an old plastic ice cream tub. If I didn't tell the tech my water in the tub was going to overflow there definitely would have been a mess. My nail tech was not very friendly, but what really annoyed me was how my pedicure pretty much just looked like a color change and was a choppy paint job. My feet weren't smooth like they normally are after a pedicure. My manicure went okay but when I finished they didn't sit me in front the dryers most salons have. Instead, they used a tiny little dollar store fan to HOLD my hands upright in front of, lol. It was tacky & another cheap thing they do. When I went to leave no one said anything. It was really beat. I came in with builder gel already on my nails, and while I agreed to remove the previous set and add a $10 French tip on 4 nails, I was never told about extra charges added at checkout for "soaking off" and "length." Charging extra for removal makes no sense when nails are typically filed down during a new set anyway, and charging for length feels like an unnecessary add-on since maintaining length is part of regular fills and sets. Listing lower prices online only to add surprise fees is misleading, so I'd recommend asking about every charge beforehand. What made this worse is less than two weeks later my builder gel started separating from my natural nails and one completely popped off. During the appointment my nails were also burning badly under the UV light, which has never happened to me before despite getting builder gel regularly for the last 8 months. I called twice to address the issue and the manager has yet to return my call. Between the hidden charges, poor quality work, and lack of customer service, this was by far the worst builder gel experience I've had.
