Probably not fresh but preserved with salt. After all, this is not a coastal town. The desserts looked great but I was too full.

All the locals and bus drivers eating here. Great tasting home style cooking. Paella Valencia style was delicious, spaghetti a la Bolognese, and pork with rice and beans. All very good. The food takes a little to get to the table but worth the wait. I'm noticing everybody gets dessert and it all looks good, though I'll have to pass after the plate of food I just ate. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.
