Do you like New York style pizzas? I do! It was time for some lunch and we were craving for some pizzas. This joint is located in Manhattan Beach Village. A very small hole in the wall serving delicious food and pizzas. I had ordered two slices of pepperoni pizzas. They popped them in the oven and came out hot. Added some grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top. My mouth was salivating. Took a bite and yes I was satisfied. I love pizzas and so do my kids. Prices were decent for two nice size slices, two ice creams, and two can sodas came up to about $20 total. We were content.

Pretty mediocre pizza. With so many good food options in the area, I'm pretty sure this spot mostly caters to bar go-ers. They offer pizzas, subs, and more. I was surprised how pricey their pizzas are. The Chicken Parmigiana Pizza sounded unique, so we decided to try this one. It has fried breaded chicken breast, fresh basil, and mozzarella. There were small pieces of scattered chicken parmigiana across the pizza. They were very thin pieces, and it mostly tasted like end pieces with a lot of batter. Pretty dry too. There was also zero basil on the pizza. Thought it might be hidden under the cheese, but it wasn't there either. Pretty pricey for what you get. The pizza took a really long time to make considering there was only one other person waiting for their order. I think they forgot about us because it wasn't until some time after the other person waiting had left that they asked us if we were waiting for an order. Once we got our pizza, it was super hot. Beware, don't just bite into it right away like I did and burn yourself! There are some tables in the back where you can eat your pizza. They have a few TVs, but when we were there, they had the read aloud setting on...but it was on the movie selection screen, so it just kept saying the same one liner in a robotic voice over and over again. Pretty annoying. Several employees walked through the area but didn't change it or turn off the TVs, so I'm assuming they're just used to it?

We grabbed a quick bite from this Pizzeria while on Manhattan Beach. Skip the pizza, it wasn't really cooked through and we tossed it. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good! They do have fountain sodas which was much appreciated. Decently priced for a soda and appetizer & close enough to walk to the beach / pier to enjoy your food!

Inside seating. "Hole in the wall" vibes but I'm good with that.

This place is good and decent, but do not expect a beautiful ambience or to be waited on. It's a hole in the wall type of spot, but it hits the spot and is a good place to grab good tasting pizza while on the beach. They have premade slices of pizza or you can custom make your own pizza. The workers are cool and it's mostly men. If you're close to the pier, give them a shot

This is a perfect spot to grab a quick slice or small snack. I love their cheese pizza, which come in huge slices, and are warmed up upon ordering. This was my first time trying their garlic knots which were nice and buttery, not overwhelmingly garlicky but allowing you to still taste it. It's coated with some parmesan and comes with a side of marinara which is a necessity. They are soft and delicious. I have come here across different occasions and have had a good experience each time. There is a seating area in the back which is convenient, but this food is also great to enjoy on the beach as well.

If you're going to wait for a slice 45 mins. Grab a beer or two, to make it more bearable.

Bro with the baseball hat said 10 mins for a slice of pepperoni. After not being greet for 20 mins. It was awkward standing there waiting to notice you. While the staff was all cackling and shit. Told us to wait after we waited for 15 mins. Came to take our order 5 mins later. And there were like only 2 parties of 3 (6people) to wait 45 mins for a pepperoni slice is GNARLY. Let's do better. At the very least acknowledge the customer as soon as possible. It makes a huge difference especially if you're going to ask them to wait for 30 mins.

I got the sliced pepperoni pizza. It was fresh super good dumping back that we would have it again. This is a cute quick spot, but I will be back good service too

The employees at this cafe lie to their customers, lie about delivery, and orders are delayed by over an hour. The atmosphere is insane. The sanitation is completely unsanitary. Clearly there is enough quality control and closure of the establishment

For one round Vegan Supreme pizza and one El Segundo Brewing Co. beer plus tip I spent about $50. The non vegans in my party bought pizza by the slice and paid about $13 for two slices. My pizza was good! But I didn't think it was great. The pizza had 8 extra lage slices and easily would have fed 4-5 people. So like I said, come here planning to split with others if you're a vegan, but if you're just here individually I don't think they ever sell vegan pizza by the slice. Even if there was one day that they did sell vegan pizza by the slice I could see myself giving this place 4 stars, since it's also really close to the beach which is a good location. Service was fast and seemed like cool people. The interior was comfortable and felt familial/community driven.

This was one of the best pizza-related choices I've made in Southern California. Parking is a little tough...I ended up parking a few blocks away on a main street, which was fine, but didn't notice there was a public parking structure available closer behind a building across the street. The place was crowded and lively on the early Saturday evening I was there. That's a great sign...I was just getting a slice to go, but overheard the host telling people it would only be 10-15 minutes for a table. I had a classic cheese slice. (My litmus test for NY pizza at a new location.) It was FANTASTIC. Easily among the very best crusts I've had on the west coast...super thin and crispy...exactly as it should be. The balance of sauce and cheese was also perfect. Too many pie shops seem to treat sauce as an afterthought...too thin a layer, almost not tastable. But not here...it was perfect...the right amount of everything. There are other really delectable looking pizza options, even for vegetarians like me, including a fascinating "Cacio E Pepe" and a Margherita. (I also saw one which looked all sauce like a tomato pie, which looked really good. (Plus other options like Fried Brussels Sprouts or Fried Cauliflower...cheese bread, and salads. The beer menu, as one would expect with "pint" in the name, is extensive with lots on tap and "guest" brewery selections. Lots of wines to choose from as well. Slice and Pint may be local to El Segundo (lucky El Segundonians!) But my experience with this one slice is that it would be worth the drive from anywhere in SoCal to eat here...If you love NYC-style thin slices...like real legitimate ones...charge up the car and get yourself there.

After finding a table, we went back up ready to order and the server responded pretty rudely: "Did you not hear what I said?" We ended up leaving and went to Japonica around the corner instead, where the service was much friendlier.

My issue was with my most recent experience. I'm not a fan of the large tomato chunks in the deep dish sauce, so during a previous visit, an employee told me they could substitute their regular pizza sauce. She warned me that it could make the dough soggier, but I accepted that risk, ordered it that way, and the pizza came out perfect. I returned about two weeks later and ordered it exactly the same way. A newer employee told me he had been instructed never to make a deep dish with that sauce because it could affect the dough. I explained that another employee specifically told me to order it this way and that I had already tried it and loved it. I was willing to pay for it and completely accepted the risk, but he still refused to make it. I don't blame the employee because he made it clear that he was new and was simply following the instructions he had been given. My issue is with the inconsistency and how the situation was handled. I ended up leaving with nothing because they refused to make an order they had made for me just two weeks earlier. The pizza itself is great, but this was a very disappointing customer service experience. I have never been to any establishment in my life and been turned away because they couldn't make a very minor adjustment to a food order that I had already previously ordered there.
