He even finished a day earlier than the quoted turnaround so I can make my hard deadline. Lexington painting did not sacrifice quality even with the short turn. The painting was smooth and even, and covered up the dark grey accent walls left by the previous owner. Even though it took more coats that originally quoted, Spiro did not charge me extra. Finally, the communication was excellent. Karen provided COIs and multiple SOWs quickly, and Spiro either texted or called to explain everything to ensure I was comfortable with the job. Painters were on time and did a terrific job; however I wished they would have cleaned up and thrown away the pile of old paint chips, etc. after each day. We chose deep, richly saturated colors throughout our apartment, a bold decision that can be unforgiving in a plaster unit where every surface detail shows. Paint Lab executed this beautifully. The color saturation is even, refined, and striking, with no shortcuts taken. Their plastering and sanding work was equally impressive, with walls that are smooth, clean, and impeccably prepared, elevating the final result significantly. In addition, they installed high-end wallpaper with exceptional precision, and the result looks absolutely fabulous. The alignment, finish, and overall execution reflect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Just as important, the team treated our home with real care and respect at every stage. The site was well maintained, and the work was carried out with a level of professionalism you don't always find. Everything looks great and there was nothing I had to clean up. They really did a professional job that I wish was the standard for anybody doing work. Also, he came in at the low end of estimates, so his prices are definitely reasonable. My only gripe is he said we are a little farther out than he would like to do again. We closed on a 2-bedroom unit which was in good condition, but certainly needed a bit of TLC. From meeting Alvy, as well as through multiple conversations prior to day 1, Alvy was very responsive and very honest in his professional opinions/advice. We hired them to get started during holiday week, in which they recommended we mark areas for them to address during the process. Alvy and his father began setting up/prepping 12/24, and we just saw the finished product yesterday for the year end 2019. Our expectations were all met and highly exceeded: from top to bottom ceiling, walls, base trims, and closets- it was everything we imagined for our new home. Alvy and his team also clean up the best that they could- and to be honest, it looked much better and cleaner than when we first got the unit! I would highly recommend Alvy and his team again for any paint work. Their professionalism and expertise is everything you could ask for in making your home, "yours."

Limewash for a bedroom is a bold choice with a very specific technique and they knocked it out of the park. They were very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to choose the right colors and schedule the job around our unpredictable schedules. The first time we saw the room finished we were awe struck. It turned out 100 times better than we ever thought it could have. On top of that the team was very receptive to doing any and all small, detailed touchups that we requested. George even let us live with the room for a few days to make sure we were totally satisfied, and in that time, we realized that we wanted to redo the ceiling. He and his team came back the next week and re-did the ceiling in half a day and made sure we were happy with it. From the very beginning, Cole was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the right paint products and finishes for each space. His team was exceptionally thorough--they emptied and prepped all of our closets, removed everything from the walls, replaced outlet covers, carefully sanded paint off the trim, and even hand-repaired damaged plaster molding on our ceiling before painting. The attention to detail was outstanding. Cole was an absolute pleasure to work with: honest, communicative, detail-oriented, and fairly priced, especially considering the amount of work involved.
