Not bad, I prefer this location over their Chinatown location. Service is about the same and can be just as busy. Though, I recommend you to dine here to enjoy your sweets with family/friends. By the time it get home, it's not as good anymore. To go item, I recommend their drinks. My favorite is with pomelo and sago. read more

Every time we come here it's always super busy so it takes a while to get our order. The desserts are always yummy even when getting it to go. Friendly customer service. Not a ton of space inside so we usually prefer to order to go. They have a pretty big menu with a lot of great options. read more

I'm so glad there is a mango mango open in Katy. I stumbled upon them in Philly almost 2 years ago and then learned they had a location in Cleveland when I still lived in Ohio. It's such a nice, refreshing treat and a great palate cleanser after a rich meal. Their mangos are the best. I seriously need to know where they source from. You can also enjoy the comfort of a hot dessert like the black sesame soup. It comes with substantial mochi balls that are perfectly chewy and a lovely textural contrast to the smoothness of the soup. Pricing is reasonable given the serving size and quality of the ingredients (5-7 dollars typically). This location had recently opened and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced across their other locations. Parking is a breeze as well. There are plenty of comfy booths inside and the vibe overall is clean, bright, and cheerful. If you're in Katy or passing through, give mango mango a try. read more

Dear god, this place was amazing. The decor is simple but really cozy and inviting. The menu did seem a little overwhelming but the staff had great recommendations. I had the mango pancakes and I'm pretty sure I'll be back on a weekly basis and I'll still enjoy every bite. My partner got the mango crepe cake and it was sooo good. The texture, color and taste are all perfect. They are also open a bit late so that's a bonus. read more

I love mango so I was very excited to try this place! It fell a bit short for me so I'd round up to 3.5 stars. I got the A1 which was the mango dessert with sago and pomelo with mango ice cream. The dessert was good but I did not enjoy the mango ice cream. There was some freezer burn on it so not sure how long it's been sitting in the freezer. My friend got the green tea smoothie which she said was ok. The service was quick but the guy taking our order wasn't the friendliest. read more

We got the cheesecake and I got the chamomile tea and we were very pleased with what we got. I have never had a chamomile tea like this before. It had dried fruit and flowers in it and was sweet. It had a good flavor but I think next time I'll see if I could get it less sweet. The cheesecake was really good because it was just enough sweet! It had a fluffy layer of cheesecake on top and then another denser layer of it and some sponge cake layers. It was very good. If recommended Mango Mango if you are looking for a nice dessert spot. read more

First off, don't leave a tip because the workers don't get the tips. The owners keep the tips for themselves. That said, it's a really cool place with a good selection of desserts. Main complaint is the fruit is previously frozen and not very good so stick with anything g that has no fruit. The mango was sour. read more

I stopped by Mango Mango and ordered a taro tea for $7. Unfortunately, it was way too sweet--so sweet it tasted like pure sugar, almost undrinkable. I didn't enjoy it at all and asked if I could get one made with less sugar or exchange it for a different tea that was priced lower. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of solution, they just pointed to a tiny sign in the back of the store that said "no refunds or exchanges." Honestly, that felt like poor customer service. When a customer is clearly unhappy with a drink, especially one that costs $7, there should be some flexibility. I was unable to drink any of this drink unfortunately. I left feeling disappointed and won't be coming back. Businesses should care more about the experience they're giving their customers. read more

I'm over how bad the service here is. Every time we go, they are out of 2 or 3 items we try to order. This time, they were out of two items. So we just ordered a mango sticky rice and 2 drinks. They brought one drink in under 5 mins, then we waited 25 mins more for the mango sticky rice and other drink. The reason we had to wait was bc the kitchen was just prepping the to go order that was placed after our order. I'm finding less of a reason to go here anymore. read more

A fun little dessert spot in Katy Asia Town! They just recently had their grand opening last weekend, so as a grand opening promo, if you spend $10 or more you will get a free color changing cup. I ordered a Cantaloupe Smoothie with Lychee and Sago. It was so refreshing after dinner and in this prime summer in Houston heat! The service was a bit slow, but they were very friendly! I like that you are able to place your order at the kiosk up front, making for an easy transaction. We will be back to try more! read more

My boyfriend and I came in with very high expectations as the reviews were great and the menu outside looked absolutely delicious! The first thing we noticed was that the shop was decorated very nicely. However, it was offset by the staff not being too friendly. The durian pancake came out first and it was amazing: solid 4/5!! We then got our drinks: coconut mango and the sticky mango one. Why did it taste like we were drinking straight water slushies the flavor was pretty much nonexistent. It truly felt like a waste of money and calories... it's sad because we wanted a nice drink for our way back home as we are from out of town. read more

Light, refreshing, and honestly the perfect daytime drink. For food I had the chicken avocado wrap and substituted the chips for truffle fries and both were SOOOOO good. The wrap was fresh, warm, and packed with flavor and the truffle fries were absolutely worth the upgrade. I love that this location keeps the cozy Buzz and Bites feel while also leaning into a slightly more elevated vibe with the bar and patio seating. Between the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the great food and drinks, I can already tell this will become a regular lunch spot now that it is so close to our office.

The biggest disappointment was the food timing: everyone at my table received their meals, and mine didn't come out until about 20 minutes later. By then, I didn't even want it anymore and just picked off someone else's plate. What I did try from my friend's dish was decent, but the overall experience definitely wasn't a highlight. There were a lot of staff members standing around, so it was confusing why everything took so long. Not somewhere I'd rush back to, but hopefully they improve the service and timing because the atmosphere had potential.

The casual, open space was inviting and the place was spotlessly clean. However, the customer service was just average. I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit with gravy and asked if I could replace the bacon in the Bacon, Egg, Cheese Biscuit with the shiitake mushroom gravy. However, the gal at the counter said no so I ended up ordering the spinach, egg, and goat cheese biscuit and had to order a side of shiitake mushroom gravy. She wouldn't even let me switch out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese. Needless to say, service was not the most accommodating or helpful. My lunch date ordered the chicken and waffle and gave it a 4/5 rating. The chicken was crispy but the waffle was more on the dense side. The biscuit was also dense, more so than fluffy. It was baked golden brown and had a slightly crispy exterior which was the best part. The inside didn't pull apart into delicate layers. Instead, it crumbled when I forked through it to get a piece. I'd give it a 4/5 rating. I thought the shitake mushroom gravy was very good and give 5/5. I'm just happy they make a vegetarian-friendly gravy. I also like that have fresh squeeze orange juice on the menu.

The gal at the counter who took our order wasn't as friendly as the hostess but she was polite enough to inform us about the 15% charge. The food came out very quickly. Hopefully it's because they had a ton of people working in the back. Hopefully. I ordered the Magic Mushroom Tacos and thought it was a beautiful plate. My favorite thing about the dish is the tortillas. It had a nice light crisp to it and kept all the fillings intact from start to finish. The "Magic Mushrooms" were good but could have been better if the batter were lighter and crispier. The batter was a little on the heavy and dense side for me. I also think the sauce could be even better if it had a bit less oil and a bit more flavor. I really enjoyed the potato slices and the fresh berries were a great way to cleanse the palate. My lunch date ordered the Biscuit and gravy dish and thought it was good. We also ordered a side of the Belgian waffle to share. I thought the waffle on its own was extremely sweet and way too dense for my liking. She responded, but then added an unwelcoming comment: "Are you just here or have you been waiting? If you just got here, please be patient." That really threw me off. As someone who has worked as a server before, I would never speak to customers that way. It felt unnecessary and rude. To make things worse, when our food arrived, I noticed what looked like a small metal piece (possibly a wire or bristle) on the plate next to the bacon. That's a serious food safety concern and very alarming. When the server came back, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue at all, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, between the poor service and the issue with the food, I was very disappointed. After this experience, this restaurant is now on my blacklist. I won't be returning.
