My favorite was the lemon cake. My friend had the mango passionfruit mousse cake and the creme brulee mille crepe cake. She really loved her desserts. I am so happy Mango Mango has finally reopened in the area! Mango Mango has an array of delicious desserts and drinks. I usually go for the coconut mixed fruit sundae or vanilla strawberry sundae. The ingredients are delicious and the fruit is fresh. The new location also has a beautiful atmosphere with a modern look. It is so clean inside and the seating is nice and comfortable. So tasty with cute sit down interior and very efficient and friendly service! We got the mango pancake and the coconut pandan cake topped with a bit of caramelized pineapple. Delicious and very fresh and not too sweet! I wish the coconut pandan cake had more pineapple and less coconut mousse but overall still so tasty. I was lucky to walk in with a group of 6 and be immediately seated on a Sunday night around 8 pm. The waitresses were a bit adamant to get our order in right away and they were a bit hard to get a hold of afterwards, but they were still very friendly and got all our orders correct despite the busy atmosphere here! The previous location in this plaza had a strong durian smell which always turned me off from coming here, but this new location doesn't seem to have that and I feel that the desserts have improved in taste too! The moonlight pineapple drink (coconut milk with pineapple juice) was a favorite of mine as well as the mango sago with lychee jelly. The matcha and dark chocolate cake is also worth a try. I would pass on the mango sticky rice unfortunately as I felt the rice was a bit unbalanced to the amount of mango/ice cream. I would also pass on the lemon yuzu cake, not because of taste, but because there are just much better things to try on the menu. Overall, a fun visit to catch up with friends or a quick date spot. We love Mango Mango and we are so happy to see them back again in Edison! The drinks are good, especially the mango smoothio. The menu is mostly the same as before. However, we were disappointed that they don't have our favorite - the mango mochi. I don't know if this is temporary or a permanent exclusion. I wasn't able to dine in due to the full capacity which was okay, I just took my items home instead. I got the Pink Peach Oolong Mochi to try and the lady even mentioned that I got the last one that day! I was super excited that I didn't mind the 20 minute wait just for that and two drinks. The treat was sweet and light, the mochi was an amazing consistency and a loved it. However, I wanted to throw up as I started chewing something inedible. I immediately checked the packaging and everything was intact and I checked the cup the mochi was placed in and that also was intact. So this possible piece of paper was made into the dish. We had seen a lot of hype for this place on social media so we kinda went with expectations (atleast about it delivering on the mango part) The ambience was decent and we got the table rather quickly but the service was pretty slow. We ordered an icecream sundae [green tea, coconut, mango] flavors. The mango was not so promising but we really liked the coconut flavor. Overall the dessert was average. Next was the very anticipated mango passionfruit mousse but it turned out extremely disappointing and tasted inedible. Not sure if that's the regular taste or something had gone bad. Either way, it was not edible at all. We tried to talk to the manager but all they seemed to be able to do was a 10% discount. This was one of my favorite dessert places in Flushing so I was super excited about Mango Mango coming to Edison. Service was good...we were sitted right away and ordered shortly after. But the minus one star came from the preparation of the food. It took about 15-20min from the time we ordered to actually get what we ordered. Also, maybe it was the time of the day we went, which was right when they opened to avoid the crowd, so our cheesecake was still frozen and the Mango ice cream was extra frozen.
