I recommend doing this because there are plenty of more peaceful places to eat lol. Mango shaved ice - I thought it was a little pricey initially, but this came pretty stacked especially for a takeout order. Huge scoop of mango ice cream on top. Also huge chunks of ripe mango, which was our favorite part. The only thing is some of the mochi was not done defrosting and it was hard/brittle in the middle. Pretty standard shaved ice otherwise. Ahh!! Calling all mango lovers! This spot is amazing and reminds me of Hui Lau Shan chain in Hong Kong. Glutinous rice balls, mangos, mango ice cream, mango mochi, oh my! The spot is on the second level of the newer section of Chinatown, pretty far down and closer to Walgreens. The spot is adorable, there is even a mango swinging chair. This has been on my list for a while. Their menu is very expensive and it can be a little overwhelming at first. It took me and my friend a good 10 minutes to review everything and decide on something since this was our first time visiting. As you can expect, the menu is primarily based around mangos! I got the mango pancake and it was so good! I loved it - the creme was so fresh and the mango was super sweet and ripe. The thin pancake wrapping was perfect as well and didn't take away from the amazing filling. The Mango Pancake comes with two in an order so it's definitely enough to share. Cheesecake was also really good. I liked it a lot because it wasn't too sweet and it was so light. Some cheesecakes can be pretty heavy and sweet in my experience but this one wasn't. I prefer the lighter texture and less sweet taste. Would definitely come back as there are so many other items on the menu that I would love to try. read more

I was surprised how quickly my dessert came out. Parking: it's on the second floor of Chinatown Plaza, so you can park easily in the metered spaces outside or the paid lot across the street. Located in the Chinatown plaza on the second floor. The service here was not the best. I waited at the counter in front of the employee for a good 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. She then took my order but was very annoyed the whole time. The order took almost 20 mins to prepare. Watched employees take the trash from the store, through the store, out the back and didn't wash her hands after. I got the durian pancake and the mango mochi. The mochi was soft and chewy but the mango pieces were not really there. The durian pancake was almost all whipped cream and only a small amount of durian. Looks like a fun and trendy spot. Visited this place for the first time on Valentine's Day with my husband. We decide to order take out and eat it at home because we had a long day of bday festivities. However, still happy and I went in at least to check out the place. Location - at the heart of Chinatown, it's on the second floor of the building. The place itself is quite aesthetically pleasing with its turquoise-themed look and greeneries. Plenty of seating although the place looks a bit small but I think it'll still be good for groups. They have long benches along the walls as well but tables are quite close to each other. I can't imagine how it would be being packed as there was only a few tables filled during my visit. Plating has good presentation as well. Even though we had take out, I was able to see people's dine-in orders waiting for mine. And then for take out orders, mine came in cute little white boxes as you will see in my photos. With three orders and 1 drink, it fit perfectly in their bag. Food - we ordered the special mango juice slush-o (not pictured), mango pancake, mango Mochi, and coconut mango pudding. By far, my favorite is the pancakes. Then Mochi, then slushie, then lastly the mango pudding. The mango pudding is a slice of mango with cream covered with a very thin pancake that are two-bites sized each and comes in 2 pcs per order. The Mochi is well a mango flavored Mochi covered with coconut flakes and a mango piece in the middle. The Mochi itself didn't have the best mango flavoring but I liked that it had the mango piece inside. And it comes in 3 pieces per order. Next, the pudding is a 3-layer dessert. Coconut on top and bottom with mango pieces again in the middle covered in gelatin. I thought it was alright but I was expecting pudding, not gelatin. I'm not too big of a fan of gelatin in general. Lastly, the slushie. It's good but it's just that a mango slushie. Nothing else much to it. Flavor was as expected and it came with some mango bits and sago. Price - the cost for each dessert/drink are a bit pricey in my opinion but I will chuck it to it as specialty desserts ranging from $6-$9 per item unless you purchase their combos. Service - service was pretty quick on my opinion. They had buzzers for take out and waitressing services for dine in. Overall, good experience. I'll probably just come back to try their Millie cake/crepe and sundaes and maybe to dine in next time. It's definitely a treat especially for mango lovers. read more

So excited to finally try Mango Mango after seeing it in other cities! I had high hopes and I wasn't disappointed. We tried the classic mango dessert with strawberry and lychee jelly. The fruit was perfectly ripe and super flavorful. The ice and juice in it were delicious. The dish was the perfect sweetness - just enough to feel like a treat without any heavy sugary taste. It's the perfect dessert in the summer or after a heavy meal (we had just come from hot pot). We also tried the creme brûlée crepe which was amazing. Somehow it remained very light while being incredibly creamy. We split both between the two of us and by the end of the crepe we were stuffed. I would recommend only opting for the crepe if you want something a little more filling. The service was quick and nice enough. We thought the ambience felt like a fun cafe to hangout with friends after a meal. They have free wifi too, so you could work/study there if you don't mind a little noisier spot. That was the first question that pops out in my head. Just by looking at it, the cream on the outside layer of lychee cake has cracks on it... To me, that's a pretty bad sign. Delicious and so fun. It's on the 2nd level of the Chinatown food area which is why we hadn't tried it until recently. We went later on a weekday so there wasn't a line, but I've been told that it can get very busy, fair warning! Everything is mango (of course) and it's sooooo good! We will be back for sure. Wife got the mango pancakes which were like mochi, it comes with 2 which she happily ate but really only wanted 1, so its perfect to split with someone.
