Single star is for the yogurt, which is the only acceptable thing going on here. What these people don't know about caring for customers is A LOT. Visited 3-4 times over past 18 months, every time a somewhat awkward and uncomfortable experience, but only froyo in the area, and after dinner next door, it's just easy...This time was hands down, the WORST experience and will absolutely be our last. As a family of 5 we initially asked for 6 sample cups - why aren't these just gladly given? Who cares? Don't they want you to try flavors? Anyway, about to ask for a couple more sample cups, we noticed a woman glaring at us from behind the register. What happened next is right out of a bad Seinfeld episode. We were fully stared down while sampling, and then (like crouching tiger, hidden dragon) she approached and told us we were "sampling too much". What? Since when are we only allowed barely one sample each? (I know what you're thinking, but there was no re-filling of sample cups going on..) My unadventurous husband didn't need to continue sampling anyway so just completed his order, was helping our 9 yr old, when out of frustration asked why he was being stared at like a criminal. Woman behind counter flew off the handle, told us to finish, pay, and leave. Nope, don't think so. Then two men came out of nowhere to defend the woman and her exceedingly poor manners - likely all related. Almost led to a knock down, drag out, which is just pathetic considering: 1. this is supposed to be a customer-oriented business and 2. as a school PTO chair, I don't really need to end up in a police blotter. Not only were we completely polite, until provoked, we were absolutely astonished at the lack of respect we were given as customers. We left our cups, in various states of completion, turned to leave, and were told to "never come back". Don't worry, we're way ahead of you lady. I fully plan to tell anyone who will listen to AVOID this train wreck of an establishment. read more
