She was feeling so good that several weeks later when the pain was returning she went for another treatment and again got the repeat she was looking for. They do such a good job we have made standing reservations for the next few months to stay ahead of the pain. For the first time since knowing my wife she is living without back and neck pain. It's just so worth it to see my wife living without all that pain. They are a full spa so they have many other services also. The last time my wife was there she got her nails done also. What I find disappointing about Regal Nails is that yeah, it's cheap, but it lacks. I feel like they're always in a huge hurry, and the work suffers as a result. When I'm in Chicago I can get a mani-pedi for $35 where it's much more thorough and high quality; yes, I realize it's in a different place, but it seems silly that in a city of 3 million I can get better services for the same price... and everyone blames big cities for being expensive. My mother received a standard manicure with no color, just two clear coats, and was charged $75. My grandmother received a gel manicure on her natural nails with no acrylics and was charged $90. The pedicure pricing seemed accurate. The express pedicure was $30, with an additional $15 charge for gel, which still feels excessive. Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.

Yes, they do reuse the paraffin wax when you dip your hands in BUT you wash your hands before doing so. On top of that studies have shown paraffin wax is NOT a conduit for transferring bacteria due to it's chemical makeup and therefore cross contamination is not something to worry about (bacteria/viruses can't live in an oil based environment and this wax is just that) and this is perfectly sanitary. Bee and Jimmy are great as is the rest of the staff. They're all super friendly and make you feel welcome as well as providing quality service compared to other nail salons in the area--and O Nails is my number one pick for this area. To my knowledge they are the only salon around here to offer a service that is actually good for your nails (It's called the Healthy Nail at this salon). I've done acrylics and gels and they've never promoted growth and strength in my nails like this does. And it lasts so much longer than any other nail trend I've tried--so I'd recommend them for this!

The experience is not a "spa" experience and not relaxing--the women who work here are not friendly and create a hostile environment.
