On top of that, the receptionist who processed my payment was noticeably rude and unprofessional. After sharing my honest feedback in a review, I later discovered my account had been disabled, preventing me from booking future appointments with my regular esthetician. That response feels unfair and unprofessional, especially for a business that expects strict adherence from clients while not offering the same level of accountability in return. Constructive criticism should be welcomed, not punished. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I view the business.

I feel that every time I come in to get my eye brows threaded the only person that does the threading which is Leila the owner is always to important to high on her high horse to care and listen to what I want and how I want it. I mean I am a paying customer right? Leila is always very quick to attack my eye brows and starts threading them almost immediately as soon as I lay down.
