The right side is significantly longer than the left (at least 1-2 inches). The service felt really rushed by the stylist like she just wanted me out ASAP. She was sweet but now I'm extremely unhappy with my hair and will need to get it recut.

The polish is not opaque at all as there were not enough coats.

My appointment was changed twice without any prior notification, including a switch in esthetician, which is very inconvenient when you specifically book with someone you trust. On top of that, the receptionist who processed my payment was noticeably rude and unprofessional. After sharing my honest feedback in a review, I later discovered my account had been disabled, preventing me from booking future appointments with my regular esthetician. That response feels unfair and unprofessional, especially for a business that expects strict adherence from clients while not offering the same level of accountability in return. Constructive criticism should be welcomed, not punished. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I view the business.
