Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.

Poor service is one thing, but it is even worse when the response is combative and accusatory instead of taking accountability for something that was clearly wrong.
