Tried calling the # they gave. VM was full. 3 days ago set appt online for Sat. Got acceptance message. Got a text late yesterday that my appt was moved to Wed during the day. Tried calling. No answer. Left a vm. No return call. In my opinion, if something came up, and they couldn't handle the scheduled appt., someone should have personally called me and we could have worked on a date/time that worked for both of us. The "high-level" stylist only came by to tell them what to do occasionally, but she never touched my hair at all until it was ready to be blow dried at the end. So what the hell did I just pay extra for? I have decided not to return to the salon based on this experience that I had. I don't mind paying more for the high-level stylist if she is the one who is in fact doing the work on my hair, but delegating it out to two other intern like girls was really NOT appropriate.
