I'm sure it feels great in the moment...but I bet it won't feel too great when you're shutting your doors. If you're THIS reactive to constructive criticism, that's on you babe. If you think I would have come back after THAT reply, you're crazy. Treating myself, as a customer, regardless of my experience in the industry, politely would have garnered a positive change in my review. After that reply...Good luck hon! Edit to owners second response: my initial review was in no way rude, it was honest and I actually left out details to show kindness to the stylist. It's not her fault, I never even said her name and that was on purpose. No one was "put on blast" (how old are we?) It was simply an accurate description of my experience. Blaming me for the HUGE CHUNCK missing from my hair is funny. Yes I had cut my own bangs, no they were not fixed by the stylist...clearly, look at the picture. Since the owner knew who I was. She also could have called me, she chose instead to argue like a teenager over Yelp. For new potential clients to see. I'd. Be. Mortified. If someone left my salon looking like I did, but more mortified to be THIS petty. This will be my last response. Future clients beware. If you're unhappy, this is how you will be treated. FYI. I didn't end up calling because I read your replies to others who had and shocking ...you were rude to them too. Embarrassing. Good luck!

I have been a customer of Michelle for about a year and I have nothing but FANTASTIC things to say about her services! She is kind, professional, very flexible at working with your schedule - getting you appointments in when they're good for you, even if that's at 6am or 8pm, weekdays or weekends! She goes out of her way to make sure she gives you her professional bests in all of the services requested! Her prices are reasonable and a steal when you see the value & quality of Michelle's work. Michelle has put in extensions for me, twice. The second time, she was able to do a perfect color match from my light extensions to my darker hair. She knew I wanted a red hue, but was out of the copper color when she first put the extensions in ( she still colored my extensions to match my hair, and promised to add the red when the color came in). When the copper color came in, she colored my hair with it, free of charge. I truly believe Michelle cares about meeting the customers needs and requests, and I can tell she makes every effort to exceed expectations.......and then does! I am always impressed with her work. I only wish I had met Michelle sooner. read more

I have never been happier with my hair! Michelle did an amazing job! I have always had problems finding a hair stylist that understood what I want and how my hair works. I saw all her great reviews and decided to give it a go since I'm new to the area and I am so glad I did! I will definitely be back! She listened to everything I wanted and even gave me details on how my hair is going to look after the process by showing a color sample which no one has ever done for me! She was not in a hurry, very friendly, and very detail oriented to even style it after! First time I have ever left a salon with a huge smile. I highly recommend everyone with all types of hair to go to her. She clearly knows her stuff and you won't leave disappointed! read more

I really enjoyed my experience with Michelle. I personally don't like getting my hair done or even doing it myself so getting a hair cut is usually a twice a year phenomenon. But this was my second time coming to Michelle and she is the absolute best. It's easy to talk to her about anything and the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. She is super gentle and gives feedback and helps me understand what works best for me. I would completely recommend her and say that her expertise is clear in her work as well as on her own hair! If I ever decide to branch out and do color or a creative cur I know she is the person to go to and booking an appointment is beyond easy! read more
