A few months later, my baby started grabbing my long hair, so I tried cutting it myself--disaster! I came in again 3 months PP for a cut with Sabrina, but I wasn't happy with it. I had to rush home and couldn't explain what felt off, so I called the same day to schedule adjustments. Two days later, I came in thinking she was just going to cut my hair dry buSabrina gave me a full service (wash, cut, blow dry, style) and nailed the look I wanted. She even waived the cost for the redo! I was shocked and grateful--being 3 months postpartum, I didn't feel my best, and I left the salon loving my hair. But this last time I had an issue with my extensions and was honestly worried about the health of my hair. I contacted the salon. Dana, the salon owner, immediately stepped in and took care of me. Not only did she redo my extensions beautifully, but she also colored and trimmed my hair! She made sure I was happy with the results, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I would absolutely recommend the Station Salon, the owner, and her team. They handled an uncomfortable situation with professionalism, kindness, and integrity. They did the right thing to make sure I felt heard, cared for, and satisfied. I have been consistently happy with the quality of service I always get from here from hair cuts, root touch ups, to high lights. :) I have very BIG curly thick hair which can be a lot! Olivia always takes extra time and detail to make sure she is not compromising the health/texture of my hair while still making me feel happy. :) Finding this consistently has been a difficult task.
