After my initial appointment and exam at their Palm Bay location i had to go to their clinic on Nasa Blvd for a florescein angiography (a very thorough eye exam using special imaging equipment). It was an easy process and I and left there relieved that my eyesight is stable. I go back in six months for a follow up.

The type of care I get is surgical outpatient, and I am done in less than 30 minutes every time. Dr Ross and his assistants are very comforting and reassuring, which does wonders for a wimp like me lol. I can rely on him to be patient with me every time. The billing department over the phone is cool too. It is sometimes hard to get ahold of someone, but they are nice when we finally talk. I've had no billing issues whatsoever. Overall, I am happy I found this place to take care of my needs.

This place is always mobbed, which I can only attribute to it being one of the only places that takes this awful VSP vision plan? I dunno.
