She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he'll be by and if he was running a little late... He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back. He said not today and he'll have to check his schedule (rudely). I said thanks and hung up I asked my wife if she heard the door bell and she said yes she has to put the dog up and went to the door and no one was there..... He could've did a courtesy call when no one answered to see if someone was there! I'll go somewhere else thanks!

In 2021 he sold his business to Brian Crawford who took over the clientele and pools. For the first year, service was reliable and Brian was quick to respond to questions. In June of 2022, service quality took a nose dive right around the same time as the regular pool service person left the company. Then in July 2022, pool service completely stopped. Unannounced. No warnings. No messages. Nothing. Many in our neighborhood called, texted and emailed and no one received a response from Brian. At first we were worried that something happened. Then we heard he was still servicing pools in Ahwatukee. Now we were all pretty pissed especially considering our pools were turning green and no one was helping. He basically decided our area wasn't worth servicing anymore. Which is fine. But to totally and completely leave everyone high and dry is Bs. And to not respond or explain why he was leaving our area and instead leave everyone with multiple hundreds of dollars in fixes to get our pools clean in the heat of the Summer. BS. Zero stars if that were available. Don't expect reliability and good communication.

They also installed a pool light that was cracked and then refused to provide me an invoice , stating i was sold a spa light and not a pool light. They also couldn't even figure out how to activate my in floor cleaning system and had no idea how to use my iaqualink remote system. Do not hire them if you want a professional who understands complex service requests. The owner Rick even had the audacity to message me in a condescending way for bothering him for an invoice because of a holiday in order to get my flawed Pool light fixed under warranty. do not hire them. They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

They make you sign a contract which I don't have a problem with and then they tell you that they want to take every single holiday off etc... Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update!
