over booked, you will wait Two plus hours in order to be seen by anybody…read more this is in all of their location . make Sure your phone is charged, you will be here for most of your day. office is unorganized, scheduled an appointment for 12:00, and they changed it to 10:45 without calling to see if that time would work for me, traveled over an hour to the pk location, just to wait until after 12:00 anyways. after todays visit, we will be looking for a new office. considering the amount of time i spend here, I'll make sure to write the reviews on all social media platform.

As usual, they called me to confirm this appointment. I confirmed and even asked if the office closes due to possible impending snow storm. "We don't cancel or close unless the doctors decide it's too dangerous". Cool, we don't cancel plans unless the same... Appointment day. We get kids ready to bring with us to the 11am appointment since school was cancelled, and yes, it's been snowing since last last night. No big deal. We get there at 11:06 am to check in. We are seated in area D, and it's the only area with people waiting, and packed. Didn't think anything of it and get settled in to wait. 40 mins later, I finally decide to ask about any clue when we will be seen, she says there's only ONE tech today and everyone waiting is waiting on her. Wow. Ok. I talk it over with my crew in tow, when the nice lady at the desk informs me that there's another tech coming in at noon. At this point the other people waiting overhear, and are also becoming impatient. Finally, at about 11:53 (remember appointment was at 11am) I decide to try and reschedule. My thoughts: -I don't mind waiting. But waiting for an hour to be called in for my 11am appointment, for a procedure they warned me lasts 45 minutes, and they told me to be ready with a full bladder for? -no one came out to check unless you went to ask. It sounded to me that everyone else waiting were also guessing as to why and when. Why couldn't they mention at check-in that they are down to one ultrasound tech and it could be a very long wait? I feel like his would save many peoples time and frustration, and gives a baseline expectation. Seems a bit inconsiderate, kind of unprofessional. So we left. Got up on a snow day, to wait an hour in a doctor's office to not be seen. Hopefully tomorrow I actually get seen. And going forward, hopefully some consideration could be exercised with procedure in front office when short staffed and these types of issues arise.

I have become horrified about specimens sent to the wrong lab and the resulting astronomical bill sent to me by that lab. I was recently refused any assistance and hung up on by a nurse. This after praising all of my doctors and nurses over the years. If your staff can't handle me, they can't handle anyone! I am too scared to ever call you or enter your facility ever again! ​

I also had to call out my questions into the hallway as he rushed out of the examining room. Meanwhile, there were no patients in the waiting room. Considering how incompetent and surly the office staff are, I was hardly surprised by that! The snooty young woman gave me the wrong fax number for the wrong office, so that I had to drive over 2 hours to make sure she got the medical report she was insisting on from my primary doctor in order to make the appointment. After the unimpressive appointment I decided to get a second opinion and cancelled with the apathetic man who works in the office. Yet he did not inform the only friendly staff who put in a request for the MRI approval, which mixed up my insurance records. This coupled with Dr. Episalla's robotic bedside manner inspired me to get a second opinion, which I'm very glad I did as this other orthopedic treats me as if I'm more than a medical cash cow.

I came here hoping to be part of a team that truly cared about its residents, but what I found instead was a management system that treated staff like we were disposable. We were chronically short-staffed, sometimes with only two CNAs responsible for an entire hall of residents who all needed hands-on care. There were days when it felt unsafe -- both for the staff and the residents -- because there simply weren't enough of us to meet everyone's needs. When anyone tried to raise concerns, management brushed it off, saying things like "make it work" or "that's just how it is." Favoritism was rampant. Certain employees could show up late, skip tasks, or be rude to others without any consequences, while hardworking staff got written up for the smallest mistakes. Scheduling was a nightmare -- shifts were changed last minute without notice, and we were constantly guilted into staying late or picking up extra days "for the team." Taking a break was nearly impossible, and if you dared to sit down for five minutes, someone would make a comment about "not working hard enough." Communication from leadership was inconsistent and unprofessional. Policies changed weekly, sometimes daily, and we often didn't even find out until we were scolded for not following the "new rules." There was no real support or appreciation -- just unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. What hurts most is that the residents are incredible people who rely on us for compassion and consistency. The frontline caregivers do their absolute best under impossible conditions, but the environment makes it so hard to keep going. Many amazing coworkers left because they couldn't take the stress anymore, and I eventually had to do the same for my own health. If you truly care about your staff, you show it through respect, communication, and fair treatment -- not by running them into the ground. Until management changes its culture, I can't recommend working here to anyone. It's heartbreaking, because this place could be something wonderful if only it valued its people as much as its image.

The nurses and aids were wonderful with my Mom. However, the Management is awful. They don't call…read moreback over important things. They are rude the higher up you go for something. It seems there are a group of young people running this place with no experience but very large egos. I'm grateful my Mom was treated well, but myself as family was treated like nothing but a pain in their sides. And I am my a Proxy too. But the management is abusive when you question them. And they dismiss your concerns. If my Mom goes there again, I will not work with them.
