I'd go electronic billing if they had some sembelence to the mailed bill. Pay a co-pay when checking in - the receipt is complete vague - no notation that it is a co pay. A NEVER listen the doctor..... when the clerk is asked to add a notation to the receipt - seems fear sets in not allowed or able to do that. These people are totally tone deaf to the customers concerns. They only sample customer satisfaction for 5 star practitioners. Guess they are chasing only favorable surveys. If my doctors were at a different company - look out I'd be gone from CRHC in a flash. Lots of excuses - no results !! They love to pass the buck " Oh, that's another department......" I've written dr teitlebaum several times with no results or the courtesy of a return call. They seem to be more interested in $$$$$$$, seems to be a high turn over - not at all impressed.
