Fernando Solis, Dr of PT and their Director, developed and took me through the rehab to get me back skiing asap. Every session began with Fernando assessing my healing progress, then adopting new exercises accordingly. In addition, he identified holes in my training routine (which contributed to my injury). The entire staff are friendly and very positive. Facilities are excellent, and text reminders of upcoming sessions makes it easy. Fernando is a physical therapist at the highest level.

It can be fast paced for me but there is a very specific routine to get the most out of it and there is excellent guidance/modifications if needed. It helped that I did individual pilates training for about 1.5 years, which helped my core strength and reduced or eliminate pain from my sacroiliac joint. I really recommend trying Iron Health!
