I did not hear from them and then find out they closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Today, Monday called again and was told they had left a message on my phone. I checked and double check and there was no message on my telephone and I was told again they were checking with my insurance company and call me back around 11.30 am. Other two handicapped parking spaces are in front of the hardware store a distance away. Additionally "sidewalk" in front of facility is uneven bricks which is a real danger if you must use a walker or cane.
