This place is a sham. They claim to have rehab staff but barely have PT's onsite. My mother had to…read morewait 2 days to be evaluated and she barely gets PT daily. They send OT but no PT which she needs the most. They lie when you tour with them by saying rehab is given on the weekends and there is no rehab on the weekends and barely during the week. There is also no dietitian onsite so there is no one to help with diet preferences or needs. Nursing is also lacking with barely enough staff on the weekends. I came to see my mother who was almost hanging out of her bed and there was n one to help assist. The 3rd floor is scary and they just cluster all the patients with dementia in a group with no stimulation or recreational activities. There is such a lack of social interaction or fun for these patients other than bingo once a week and maybe a party once a month. Everyone is upstairs screaming and the aides are always on their phones not paying attention which is why there are so many falls there. Do not send your loved one there. They will be neglected. The administrator is always in a white ivory tower and never rounds or is seen unless it's for a selfish need. The food is the worst. I have to bring my mother food almost every night because it is inedible. It may look pretty and inviting but the quality of care is terrible at this place. I pulled my mother out immediately when I saw what was really going on. It's smoke in mirrors set up to lure you in and terrible once you're there.
