I figured they see the results of the surgery which put them in the driver's seat. I wound up requiring rotator cuff surgery. Had the surgery on a Wednesday and that Friday I was on the table getting tortured.....not really having been through the process in the past I was familiar with what to expect. The staff was great, from the front desk to the therapists. They did everything with the insurance company and kept the surgeon in the loop. In conversation with other people they were surprised that I started therapy so soon after my surgery. The first couple of visits were a little painful but with the guidance of the staff I was able to push through. Fast forward after my insurance cut me off I was thankful that they supplied me with a print out of the exercises which enabled me to maintain my progress. I had my first appointment yesterday and I can only say that I'm incredibly impressed so far…read more The process began with calling their office number and a super helpful person walked me through the process of scheduling my first evaluation appointment. That appointment takes about 1 hour and reviews your issues at great detail. We also started the treatment right away and I received a customized exercise plan for home too. Scheduling an appointment is a bit tough as they are in high demand but they call you if a last minute cancellation occurs. I was fortunate and only had to wait 2 days. One "gripe" is the somewhat redundant paperwork but it was worth it in the end. I also recommend to book follow-up appointments right away for at least three weeks out. Didn't I say they are in demand because they are just awesome.
