Find it strange that all the reviews are 5 stars and are hidden by Yelp? Supports my feeling on the office practice in general. decided to give it a try after a fellow runner suggest going to a chiropractor for lower back issue. Had to be 4 year prior that I had been to one, wanted to try the holistic option. I called to make a appointment left a message. I received a call back that evening to tell me Congratulations I won a free massage and consultation, found it odd but made a appointment. while I didn't sign up for a "massage" the massage I did get was inline with one o f my husbands but with a lot of talking. Couldn't' relax for a second the women just kept talking. I had x-ray taken by a women who went over my history and wanted to put me on a 3 time a week 10 week program. She explained that they already checked with my insurance and it was approved. After 2 sessions I watched a constant flow of people coming in and out spending 5 to maybe 10 minutes with the Doctor. the first week there was conversation between the dr. and myself as to my condition, on the second week he didn't know what I was being treat for the same adjustment process for maybe 5 minutes, using a machine on my back that shakes you just as I watched the 10 people before me go through the same process. Then sit and wait for my 10 minute "massage". No one washes there hands or equipment. The massage takes place with one of the female masseuse who never stop talking to the other staff or patients the whole entire time. Two of them converse in Spanish which to me is extremely rude not speaking to patients but other staff. I felt like I was on a assembly line that always ended up with a payment. I did this routine for 4 weeks with little to no improvement. they are in the business of working on volume with actually telemarketer sitting in the back. The one good thing I would say is the staff is very friendly and you don't really need a appointment, perhaps why I stuck it out as long as I did. When I received my insurance statement and realized how much they were getting paid for the little time and treatment I was receiving I stopped going. read more

Making the decision to go to DeCarlo Chiropractic has been life changing for my entire family. I was suffering from chronic headaches and fatigue and my husband had basically lived with chronic back pain for years. I've seen several different chiropractors over the years for several different back issues. All I can say is that they left me at square one every time. I always ended as I began both still in pain and with no knowledge of why or how to fix it. Several chiropractors that I have seen in the past were very cold and generic, all they cared about was getting me through the door so that they can charge. After that I was pretty much turned off to seeing on the chiropractor. At Decarlo Chiropratic the entire staff from top to bottom was welcoming, warm, compassionate and highly knowledgable. I came about them through one of their very many out reach programs in the local community and received a free massage and consultation. On my first visit after being greeted by two professional and kind staff members I was first introduced to everyone then given a tour of the facility where each and every station was explained to me, and I hadn't even signed up yet. I was given a very detailed questionnaire where I was able to explain in what areas I felt pain. After some x-rays and my consultation at long last of the root of the problems that I have been having were brought to light. She took her time and was very detailed in both examining me and then explaining it to me so that I could understand it. She also was able to uncover and then helped me understand why I suffered from other ailments which stemmed from my back issues. The level of knowledge was amazing. I started coming here about a month ago with SEVERE back pain, numb feet, bad headaches and a horrible pain in my side that I've had for over 5 years. My gallbladder was removed because doctors thought that was the cause of the pain. Turns out gallbladder was fine! Since coming here, not only has my back and leg pain gone away as well as my headaches, but I'm starting to feel my feet again. That pain in my side? GONE thanks to Dr. DeCarlo and Dr. Lauren. This isn't only someplace to go that truly fixes you but it's also an extremely pleasant place to be. The Doctors and staff are top notch and so friendly. You never feel like you are just another number. They take the time to go over your current ailments as well as your history and they truly care about getting you well. I've already sent my father there to hopefully avoid surgery, as well as my daughter who suffers back pain from being on her feet all day. I hate going to any doctor's office. I disliked the idea of a chiropractor. But let me tell you, this is the only doctor's office I like going to. In fact, if I could go every day, I would. Let me tell you why. I started going to Dr Chris because I had some pain in my lower back and neck from time to time. After a consultation, my X-rays showed my spine was lacking it's natural curve. I decided, let's give this a shot and I started going regularly. After a few weeks, my pain diminished. After a couple months, no pain to speak of. The difference? My natural curve is back in my spine. My overall health has improved. Bottom line is that the spine is so important to your health. I wouldn't trust anyone with it, but I have seen results in myself and so many other clients here of all ages and body types. Dr Chris and Lauren make a great team and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The free wellness class on Tuesday nights is highly recommended if you want to learn other ways to strengthen your health. I've been suffering on and off with back and neck pain for almost 10 years. My last episode was about 6 months ago. After 3 days of not being able to stand up straight, I finally walked into DeCarlo Chiropractor for an adjustment. After speaking with Drs Chris and Lauren I learned that this was no ordinary chiropractic office. These people cared. They cared about my issue but most of all my overall health. They don't adjust for temporary relief, they find the source of the problem and work with you to prevent future problems. What do I like about de carlo chiropractor.....lots to like! The Staff is very nice, helpful and Imformative. I first came in with lots of pain with fibromyalgia, I have asthma and acid reflex....2 months later I'm off my inhaler and the fibromyalgia pain has lessened immensely as well as the acid relex is minimal....Dr Chris is very gentle with me....and he has a great sense of humor....Dr lauren...is very I'm formative and knows what I need to do....like change my diet....and holistic supplements....the office staff are so sweet and a pleasure to work with....on a scale of 1to 10...I would give them a 9 1/2...only because Dr Chris scolded me for not wearing my lift....my fault...my bad!!! Just great place overall! Great energy with people who really want to heal you and get to the source of your pains. For me it was migraines that quickly went away once I started. I am able to sit up straight now as well again. My husband had serious back pain from his job and now he is back to great again. Simply the best!!!!! I've never had any back pain my entire life (52 years). Two years ago I went to tie my shoes and ended up flat on the floor with extreme back pain and could barely move. As I later learned, it was only a matter of time before this happened. The next day I called Dr. Chris and was immediately by Dr. Lauren who took x-rays, diagnosed my problem, and set up a rehabilitation program. My program consisted of three visits per week for twelve weeks. These visits consisted of contractions and miscellaneous adjustment. Dr. Chris also set me up with a home exercise program. The program was gradually reduced over time where now I visit one a month for "maintenance". I would highly recommend Dr. Chris, Dr. Lauren, and the entire staff at DeCarlo Chiropractic. read more

Last October 23rd I was struck by a truck as a pedestrian. I suffered torn ligaments in both ankles, both wrist, a torn quadricep, herniated discs, fractured wrist, torn labrums in both shoulders, detached biceps in both arms. I have undergone 3 surgeries to repair labrums, biceps, rotator cuffs, surgical implants and screws to repair wrist and countless rehab & therapy sessions for pain management. Recently I received a free consultation & evaluation from Dr. Decarlo. He explained my options and his treatment methods in detail and we have begun a treatment plan to alleviate the pain in my back and improve the discs in hopes that I might avoid another invasive surgery. Husband and wife team of Chiropractic Doctors specializing in spinal problems. I went to them after I threw out my back last December, 2014. It took both Dr. Lauren and my wife to get me into the office due to my back pain. After Dr. Chris treated me for 45 minutes, I was able to walk out under my own steam, pain greatly reduced. Over the following months, I not only regained my original pain free state, but they worked on the underlying spinal problems and my posture is much improved. I started going to Decarlo Chiropractic for a neck issue that probably came from always looking down at a computer, and Dr Chris and Dr Lauren put me on a rehabilitation program and also improved my health in other ways. They were able to put me on the right track with my diet and the proof is in the pudding- after being on the diet for a short time I had blood work done and all of my numbers had improved.
