I had been suffering with foot/ankle pains for several years with no clear understanding of the cause. Dr. Gil went through a methodical set of steps to generate a diagnosis. His explanation and testing made perfect sense and gave me confidence that I was in the right hands to address my issue. The staff here is very competent and attentive. The Dr.'s both personable and professional. The location is also convenient with ample parking. The only strike against this practice is the dated facility. With a little modernization and added privacy in treatment areas they go to 5 stars immediately.

After sending me out for X-rays, he was able to diagnose a chronic illness in my spine that doctor after doctor blew off. I've lived roughly 20 years undiagnosed and Dr. Gregory was the ONE doctor who truthfully told me what was wrong and recommended I see a rheumatologist. Which I did and he was 100% correct. I am very grateful for Dr.Gregory and recommend his to EVERYONE! He is sooooo good at what he does.

I have been a patient of Dr Pavia for over 20 years. Originally my visits were for lower back pain…read more Over time my visits involved neck adjustments and vertigo type dizziness. Dr. Pavia's procedures and techniques are most gentle and will not cause injury that some chiropractics are known for. He is also an outstanding nutritionist. He orders special supplements for me that have kept my sugar and cholesterol levels normal for the past 10 years. Any medial problem that i have i call him first before any other doctor that i have. He is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Every patient is obviously different, and if you are in later stages of injury, a back surgeon might be the only answer. Anyone who has early or moderate back, hip or neck problems i would strongly suggest seeing Dr Pavia. Joey A. White Plains, NY

I was lucky enough to meet Dr Friedman about five years ago and she became my Chiropractic Doctor…read more I am just so so blessed that this happened. She helped me transition from being in persistent pain in both my neck and lower back to being able to not have to see her for the last year or so. A true Physician: the kind that helps you heal to the point you don't need them. She has several modalities which helped me get better. She is adept at the use of estim which combines ultrasound with electrical stimulation and this is the most effective form of physical therapy for muscle spasms I have ever encountered. She is compassionate, real, deeply cares for her patients, and knows what she is doing. You need to give the therapy time, it is an investment, but , if you stay with it, you will feel so much better. I have seen several chiropractors who were all excellent in different ways but she is the best. She got me better so I could move on with my life, I still need to go sometimes but if you have the chance go see her and you will be overjoyed you did.

Dr. Friedman and her staff are gems. So caring and communicative from the beginning. The…read morereceptionist, medical assistants, and billing coordinator are all happy people who obviously like what they do and are treated well as staff members. It felt so different than any other doctor's office as soon as I walked in. Dr. Friedman teaches me to be self aware of my body in a loving and self honoring way. Her intentions are to bring me to wellness not just pain free. As someone who has done yoga most of my adult life I definitely appreciated how much my body got out of shape and alignment after having a baby and nursing. I ended losing all of my pregnancy weight without doing much exercise other than walking because she got my body back into alignment and moving more efficiently. I originally went in for foot pain which had worsened post partum. Dr. Friedman diligently went after the cause by looking at complete X-rays of small and not so small misalignments in my spine. Consequently she relieved tension in my neck and back that was so chronic I didn't even talk about it anymore. She did not even adjust my foot per se, yet she got me pain free within a week or two. She is dedicated and caring in a way I have only encountered with alternative healers. She is such a unique chiropractor in a sea of choices. Don't miss your chance to get care from her as she takes insurance and works with you if you don't have it. In the subtle ways they treat their patients, a visit to her office is a relaxing and healing experience.
