The inside is set up for vendors to sell finished gourds, others to sell the equipment and supplies we need and some with dried, raw gourds (are many more outside under the trees, too). There are several classrooms inside the building and outside-for the burning and carving classes. They have a small cafe to buy breakfast and lunch run by the members and a bar (closed off during the show...darn) that members frequent at night when show closes. Most UM congregations in Brevard are quite a bit more conservative than in other areas, due to the local demographics. I visited here with a friend last week, who was searching for a solid mainline/progressive church in the area. He and his partner have been United Methodists for many years, but will probably need to look at other options in this area. Beachside, there aren't many options, but there is a Presbyterian church by the bridge, and a Lutheran church just south of 5th ave.

On the day of, we spent time designing a beautiful and delicious charcuterie platter. Then it was time to really roll up our sleeves. We sanded, aged, stained, stenciled, painted, sanded some more and drilled our way to our final masterpieces. The Instructors and Assistants were all very helpful and patient. They came around and offered assistance and guidance at every step of the project. I must have changed my mind 3 times each on stain and paint colors. This workshop was a lot of fun and well-worth the drive to Melbourne. I definitely recommended checking them out, especially if you enjoy hands-on crafty projects.

Spelling bees, history and geography fairs ,everything you think your child will be missing from public school. And it's run by the sweetest lady Miss Brenda. You do not have to belong to the church. There's people of all religions. In fact no one ever asked us what church we belonged to! I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The venue overall was nice and I am…read moresure when it is not raining inches it is fine.....however, they have a serious drainage problem and only one way into the venue from the parking lot (grass) They need to invest in some drainage work to move the water away from the sidewalk so it is not 6 inches deep and it does not pool at the only opening in the fence...I am sure more than one pair of shoes was ruined. The staff was accommodating and made the best of it. They had a DJ and food from a local restaurant for the wedding party and guests. PRO TIP: Avoid rainy days...Also, the bathrooms are outside and up some stairs...not good for those with limited mobility.....

The brides room in the parol is generous in space and we were able to accommodate all of " the girls" easily. The church itself has been established in 1949, with the current buildings started in 1968.

This is a PC(USA) congregation, and they make that clear up front, which is refreshing (especially at a time when many PCUSA congregations are leaving for more conservative Presbyterian denominations.
