Their project manager demonstrated exceptional knowledge and a deep understanding of both construction and design, which made us feel confident from the very beginning. One of Kai Ridge's biggest strengths is their true design-build approach - they don't just execute plans, they help envision what your space could be. They worked closely with us to create a beautiful open-concept kitchen featuring modern tones and a stunning, top-tier waterfall island that had become the centerpiece of our home. Their in-house engineer also played a crucial role by identifying and safely removing a few non-structural walls. This opened up the room significantly and allowed us to maximize natural light and enjoy a much more expansive view. Overall, the team was professional, thoughtful, and highly skilled. We're extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Kai Ridge to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and innovative design.

Our primary goal was to convert the bathtub to a walk-in shower for safety reasons since we're a retired couple. But they worked with us to help us realize a total overhaul of the entire bathroom and we're so happy with how everything turned out! Though the project only involved a single room, it required the services of numerous trades--demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, cabinetry, countertops, and tiling. Kimo had the different workers coming sequentially with seamless coordination and they all performed their roles with the highest standards of professionalism. We did encounter a couple of unexpected challenges along the way but with good communication we were able to get them resolved efficiently without incurring any up-charges. It was great to work with such a competent team to produce an end product that was exactly what we wanted!

After working their magic, Pueo transformed our condo into our happy place. We hired them again in 2021 to do more renovations in the bedrooms. ABSOLUTE WORST- DO NOT HIRE !! Do not believe the 5 star ratings- read the 1 stars & they all say…read morethe same truth. Elite Masons completely botched our huge driveway replacement & retaining wall. Unprofessional in every way: did not do code requirements for our driveway-no base rock, no rebar, no wire mesh was used for very large sloping driveway (started failing 1 month after it was laid), used untrained workers & no mason. They completely ruined the retaining wall using left over giant chunks from the previous driveway "so they could save themselves on cement costs- as Sione put it"- barley slapped on cement over the big chunks, didn't even smooth it out, and left it rough & incomplete. They improperly poured the whole huge driveway in less than an hour, which is crazy, and Sione used it as a "teaching excercise". Then they used many different kinds/batches of cement mixed in buckets to fix all the swooping, wavy, & uneven problems-making it look like horrible patchwork all over, and they splattered cement all over the house walls & on our brand new front windows (didnt even clean up) that I am still trying to remove. Unsupervised workers were just dropped off each day with no idea what to do that day and they literally broke or wrecked something every single day (we documented it). Within 2 weeks there were small cracks all over, in less than a month giant full length fissure cracks appeared throughout the driveway, it is breaking into pieces, and caving in some areas. Also workers were left late each night at our house & Sione would guilt us and request us to make cash payments directly to his workers left there. Towards the end we had no money left to withhold to get them to come back to make the repairs, and they left cement, cement chunks, cigarette butts, bottles and cans all over our entire front lawn. Sione & Elite Masons have not responded to messages or calls requesting to fix the problems. So we have been left out of money and with a huge failing driveway. These are just a few of the problems- there were so many many more! Do not hire- you will regret it.
