However, I believed that it would be unjust to judge their pizza based on a gimmick style pizza, so I decided to give them a try again today and ordered a normal pepperoni pizza with a greek salad. Few things worth noting. The pizza had almost no sauce in it. It felt like I was eating a cheese panini. Also, when I ordered the greek salad, I was asked what type of dressing I wanted. When looking at the choices, there was no option for greek salad dressing, which should have been red wine vinager, olive oil, and lemon. I've ordered hundreds of greek salads and never had I been ASKED what type of dressing I wanted, let alone not being given the choice of picking the right one. Lastly, there was some strange gunk in the salad, which we couldn't even identify what it was. One of the biggest issues with these types of resteraunts is that they try to do way too much! The menu is far too large, which means they either have to restock on a lot of stuff frequently or they serve non fresh foods occasionally. You want to be Italian, greek, and mexican? Fine, but learn how to do those things correctly and cut your menu in half.

I have no idea if that is true or not, but I'm kind of believing it to be, as my stuffed shells tasted a bit salty (which I didn't mind), but my wife's lasagna definitely had a home cooked taste to it, and it was also delicious! The only reason I'm knocking one star off, however, is because, upon paying with a credit card, they require you to add a tip with the card (you cannot bypass this and pay the tip with cash, that's unfortunately a byproduct of the service they use for processing card payments), and the tipping percentage starts at 22% and goes up from there. Kind of ridiculous, if you ask me. I'll need to remember to bring cash next time... because there will definitely be a next time. There are plenty of other things on the menu that I'm looking forward to trying in the future.
