The food just lacks flavor, and there's nothing that really stands out. Honestly, it's the kind of breakfast I feel like I could make at home. The pancakes were just okay, and while the French toast was probably the best thing we tried, it was way too sweet for my taste. The portions are pretty good, and the service has always been friendly and fast, which I definitely appreciate. But overall, I just don't think it's worth the wait or the price. I really wanted to understand the hype, but after giving it multiple chances, it just wasn't for me.

Their homemade cakes are to die for with a gnarly range choices. Enjoy! This day I was in the mood for comfort food, so I ordered Family Burger Medium with French Fries & No Cheese on the burger. But first I had to have their famous Minestrone Bowl, not cup, but the bowl. LL! My cousin had a cup & said "That was the best minestrone soup I've ever had." I replied "They have perfected this recipe for decades upon decades. It's their famous soup." Thank you Jose R for your rad customer service & greatly appreciate you. The ambiance still remains fresh & clean, kind of reminds me of a restaurant that would be in Disneyland or Disney World.

It was good but felt more like a generic beef and vegetable soup. Still delicious. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but the honey drizzle covered any spice there may have been so it was more of a sweet chicken sandwich. My partners pesto chicken sandwich was much better. We had a birthday in our party and we wished we were asked what flavor of cake they wanted to surprise the birthday girl. They brought out a slice of their strawberry cake. It was a beautiful looking slice, but the birthday girl has an allergy to strawberry and had to give it to someone else at our table. Service was quick and the waitress was nice.

I will just say this was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, no one was there. When the greeter did come, she hesitantly approached us and handed us a paper printed menu in a dark, empty restaurant, which immediately felt off to us. When our food was served, several items were served cold and lacked flavor. The catfish was barely seasoned and watery, while the chicken had this "special" barbecue sauce but no taste, the Mac and cheese was straight from a box, and was gummy like, and the greens tasted super watered down. The cornbread was extremely hard, and there were white particles floating in the water. Even basic items like the salt container were unusable, sticking to the container. The owner spoke with our group and hyped the restaurant up, but the food and overall experience did not match what was coming out of his mouth. I also noticed everyone else received cornbread with their meal while I did not. Assuming it came with the meal (since me and my brother ordered the exact same thing) I was later charged an extra $6 for it without being informed. Based on the food quality and overall experience, I won't be returning. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

There's ample parking in the plaza, so it should not be a concern. We went on a weekday morning, so it wasn't crowded but the looking at how at the familiarity between the staff and some of the customers, it seemed like a local favorite. The staff was very sweet, and place seemed very chirpy, the place reminded of a good old diner. All the staff was very sweet. We got the Quintals omelette, and it was my first time trying refried beans in an omelette and it was definitely something we'd try again. Because we got there closer to lunch, I opted for a double burger over the breakfast options. I asked for medium rare, but they definitely overcooked the temperature of the meat. The burger was good enough, but didn't blow me away. Nothing groundbreaking, just a burger at a small local joint. The garlic fries were just alright. The potato salad was just ok, tasted more like a mass produced one rather than homemade, if I had to guess. The breakfast stuff was alright, based on reactions.

The staff was able to accommodate a group that was far larger than originally anticipated and they were kind enough to set up another large table. I was dipping everything in truffle butter. The fried artichoke hearts were great. It tastes like a mom and pop burgers fried zucchini's. That's not a bad thing if it's enjoyable. If you order the angus steak and the New York steak, they come with the best of both worlds for side dishes. I split the mashed potatoes from the angus steak and some broccolini from the New York steak. And it was a decent balance of protein, veggies and butter haha. Nick was a funny guy. He was friendly and there Every time we needed him. Didn't realize I had made reservations 45 minutes before closing time. We may have been the last couple in the restaurant but he didn't make us feel rushed.

Delicious, very flavorful family style portions with "flare." The fish we ordered came with a small salad on top. Looked odd, was super tasty. Ambiance- if it's busy, it feels like a spacious almost cafeteria-esque room. "Unpretentious" blah blah blah doesn't really matter because the food was very very well done. Was amusing to see the Royale with Cheese on the menu. Got some Pulp Fiction vibes from that. From the outside, I'm not sure I'd be able to tell if it was a restaurant. They've redone the exterior but the only sign that they may serve food was the Michelin star designation. Overall, very excited to have tried a meal here. We split everything- dinner and dessert and they were happy to ensure if dishes were gluten free or not. **not sure what the name is supposed to convey but the food was great.
