The therapist was very skilled, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is generally calm and welcoming. However, I do have a significant concern regarding session timing. My massage was scheduled for 11:00, but I wasn't taken back until 11:05, and then needed additional time to change. Despite this, my massage ended at 11:55. A 60-minute massage should reflect a full 60 minutes of hands-on service, and in this case, it did not. This made me feel like I wasn't receiving the full service I paid for. In addition, there was loud talking and laughter in the hallways during my session, which disrupted the relaxation experience and pulled me out of what should have been a quiet, calming environment. This review is not a reflection of the therapist's skill the massage itself was truly great but rather feedback on time management and noise control, which are important parts of the overall experience. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, as addressing these issues would greatly improve future visits.
