It has an elaborate selection of food based on corn based cachapa, which is made from maize flour and resembles a pancake that is folded topped w aioli and cheese. You can either order it topped already or have the toppings on the side. I ordered this because my palate is more sweet. My hubby has more of a savory palate, so he ordered the arepa style, which reminded me kind of like hash browns, but are corn based and they are cooked on the griddle. It is a lot of food but we couldn't help but try the foods since we are visitors. I ordered it with Chicken and it was moist and it also had a thick slice of cheese. With the Maduro style patacon it was the perfect sweet and salty combo that I love.
