First of all it's a food truck and in fact it's two in one kind of spot. They have one truck for Cachapas and other Venezuelan items and then the have a Pizza truck. The cheese had the right thickness but yet pull. The cachapa corn flavor was on point and even the crema was smooth and delicious. The Patacon was truly not too far behind. I ordered it with Chicken and it was moist and it also had a thick slice of cheese. With the Maduro style patacon it was the perfect sweet and salty combo that I love. Service was super quick and very friendly. They have plenty of seating. I would say the capacity is around 20 or so people and there was a line to sit. We fortunately got there before the line.
