Of course nothing will compare to eating a pupusa in El Salvador, but this was pretty close! For dessert we had the Empanadas de plátano. What a great way to end our meal! Typically eaten with a cafecito. The milk cream inside was sweet and warm. Delicious! I also saw an abuelita working the kitchen, so that tells you all you need to know about the food.
