Its filled with HUGE Chunks of LOBSTER Meat. The cost was $16.00 per Traditional Lobster Bun. The TAX included for the purchase was $2.60. It comes with Coleslaw. There is room for improvement by this Lobster Food Truck in town. If I could recall correctly, my friend ordered the "HOT" kind of Lobster Roll, while I opt to have the "COLD" kind of Lobster Roll. We received our order about 11:20hrs ish. Take note, you need to come to this Food Truck WAY EARLY coz, the lines to wait can be lengthy for some if you are on a time crunch just to have Lobster for your Lunch. May return to this FOOD TRUCK hopefully one day in 2016 so perhaps my review might differ. Man, by writing this review it brought me fond memories WAY BACK in YEAR 2000 back in Maine. If ONLY MAINE is closer in real life. *SIGH* 3.5 STARS @2015

It's flown in overnight, sometimes same-day delivery. Every bite is savory goodness. I've gone twice, and only had the Hot Connecticut Lobster Roll. I'll have to try the clams and mussels at some point. The crew is very friendly, and even remembered me from my first visit. Very cool. Really like their motto: Love. Peace. Lobster.

The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly. Love that one of the guys was from Lafayette, Louisiana! The breakfast croissant was heavenly. The crispy prosciutto on it was chefs kiss. Whatever they say down there, one thing is certain...Laissez les Bon temps rouler! I was at Gold Point last Friday night to support my buddy participating in an art-vendor-market-situation. PS, don't sleep on Gold Point either when in RiNo. It's a cool kids club spot with a large patio and great drinks! Anyway, back to Sauvage. I tried a few things and they're worth raving about. The Bayou Fries are BANGING. These seasoned fries doused in herbs, crispy shallots, cheese and a creole sauce are addictive. And for $9, an insane portion of them. Definitely get these and split them with someone you don't hate. A few hours later I ended up ordering the burger and it hit the dang spot. I forgot to snag a pic of the menu (and the burger itself) so I don't remember all that was in it. Plus, I may have had a cocktail or two...ANYWHO a great burger. The most notable thing about it is that they use grass-fed beef. ON a food truck? Hell yes they do! Best part of all this was the [assumed owner/chef] and the entire crew working. It was a busy Friday night on Larimer with prime weather and their ticket times were extremely efficient. I love watching businesses in their element and they seem to be seasoned vets. If y'all are reading this, I was the dude who bought you the Topo Chico! Let the good times roll.
