I had the country fried steak with 2 scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes. Everything was divine. Perfect portions. The hashbrowns were like fried potatoes...super yummy. The steak was covered with a delicious white gravy (not smothered). The eggs were cooked flat like a crepe, so they could be cooked through while maintaining their moisture. I've been making pancakes for decades; how do they do what they do? My wife had the French toast with bacon. She was also a member of the clean plate club. She had a double side of fresh strawberries. Everything was superb! I had coffee. It was delicious and I enjoyed refills. My lovely had hot tea with honey. They brought a tray with tea options.
